The overall experience was a good one... the masseuse was very skilled and detail oriented and applied the perfect amount of pressure. The only negative was the temperature of the room... it felt like being in a sauna at a healthspa. Would recommend this place.

I walked in she slammed the door in my face came to the window said they was busy and it would be a 20 min wait I waited 30 came back and she said they’ll be booked for the day. I feel as tho I was racially profiled and silently denied services.

Excellent Customer Service but horrible service. The massage was rushed and was not complete. My massage consisted of of back massage, stone back massage, and my feet being stepped on.

I was asked to pay for the service and tip before the massage began. Needless to say I did not tip.

Misc: the massage therapist left the room to attend to other customers while giving me a massage.
