I'm compelled to report a distressing experience with a service provider. Following a $400 deposit, expected study materials were not provided, and two appointments were canceled. This led me to attend the course elsewhere. Unfortunately, my deposit remains outstanding, and I've preserved text message evidence. This incident will be documented on my Cinturita Sculpting Facebook and Instagram pages to highlight the unacceptable treatment. I been messaging her almost every day for 3 weeks now for my deposit so unprofessional.

My mom paid a deposit and never got material she also try getting her deposit back and the lady keeps making things up how she doesn’t have money that we are in hard times and keeps giving her the runaround it doesn’t look like a real school we are looking into her license if she’s even a nurse to be teaching Botox or a doctor

I was going to sign up for her class, but upon reading a recent review of someone having difficulties with retrieving her deposit and hearing Rocio (the owner) is highly unprofessional with even distributing material I will be looking elsewhere. Please learn how to govern your business.

Do not trust Chayito !!! She is such an irresponsible woman who thought me a class and I didn’t get any of my products , any title. She charged me 850$ for the course and didn’t receive any material. She is a thief who lets other women who don’t have title or diploma in what they are doing to customers do facial and Botox with supervision of herself. DO NOT TRUST HER !! Her employee burnt my moms face because she doesn’t know anything about facials !!!
