My goddaughter had her wedding at the farm(3-30-2025). Nothing was as promised. Had it not been for the bride's mom(Karen) and all the wedding party helping with the decorations it would have been a real disaster.
I know it is an outdoor venue but the whole place needs a pressure washing. Everything was so dirty, you could tell nothing had been cleaned in years.
The small room for the bride to get dressed in was so drab and dirty. The rug was filthy.
Why would you not update this space to be cheerful and elegant.
The parking for the guest is HORRIBLE. How much could a few loads of gravel cost 😕
The owners daughter who is supposed to be the wedding director has no formal training for this job.
She was so disorganized and RUDE to our guests and family.
It is so evident they are only interested in your money, not the happiness of the bride on the most important day of her life.

I attended a wedding at Chattanooga Belle Farms for my best friend’s sister and unfortunately, it was one of the most disorganized events I have ever experienced. While the venue itself has a beautiful setting, the overall management left much to be desired.

From the beginning, it was clear that there was a lack of communication among the staff. Guests were confused about where to go,and the coordination was very poor. It was frustrating to see family and friends left standing around without any guidance, especially on such an important day for the bride and groom.

What really stood out, however, was the rudeness of some of the staff members. Rather than offering assistance, they were dismissive and unhelpful when questions arose. This behavior was shocking and made an already stressful day even more difficult for the bride, who was trying to stay calm in the midst of chaos. It felt like their focus was more on getting things done rather than ensuring the couple and their guests had a positive experience.

With a little more organization and a commitment to customer service, Chattanooga Belle Farms could truly shine as a wedding venue. Unfortunately, my experience led me to feel that they did not prioritize the happiness of the couple or their guests on such a special occasion. I hope they take this feedback to heart and make improvements in the future.

Overall, I would not recommend this venue unless there are significant changes made to their operations and staff training. Weddings are supposed to be joyful celebrations, and it’s a shame that this one fell short of that expectation.

I recently had my wedding here and in the beginning everything seemed SO perfect. For rehearsal we were told there was another wedding, but they would not be there until 1:30 and we would have time to do our rehearsal for our wedding the following day. My bridal party and I arrived at 9:45 so we could begin at 10 when we were told to start. We ran through a few times and then were asked to leave because the other wedding party had began to show up (early) and we were “imposing on their day.” My mother in law had a simple seating question and asked the coordinator and was told “I don’t know,” she never tried to find out the answer either. We came to do a walkthrough one day to see where we would put decor and when we got there for rehearsal things had been changed/ taken down and they were VERY unwilling to accommodate. The planner was very snippy with my mother, maid of honor , and went around the night of the wedding asking my bridal party “if there was anyone there she hadn’t pissed off yet.” We had a formal dress code for our wedding, and it may not be a big deal to some, but the coordinator was not professionally dressed. The wedding day came, and the morning of we were dropping off a few more decorations and our planner was in her office and we were told “she was doing office work. It’s not her job to put out decor.” Mind you, we had SEVERAL meetings and I was told “not to worry, they would put everything out and it would all get done.” We drew up a floor chart , I sent inspo photos , and then was told “I don’t know where anything goes” Every single one of my bridesmaids had to LEAVE ME, after getting hair and makeup done, and went to decorate the venue bc I was EXTREMELY stressed at this point. Needless to say, MY girls made that day happen . And then had to COME BACK and get their hair and makeup REDONE by hair/makeup artists. The bar was amazing ! So friendly . Catering was friendly, just hard to get in touch with. When we voiced our frustrations with the owner we also received snippy remarks. And we LOVE CBF, but we’re just VERY disappointed in how they carried out our special day. After reading other reviews I completely agree that if you get married here, don’t book the entire package.

I was there to set up a Dessert bar/ Wedding cake for my client. The staff were all professional and helpful. The mountain top/ sunset view was breathtaking. The food that was served at the wedding was delicious. The asparagus was perfectly cooked! I cant wait to visit again and have a chance to really enjoy the farm.

Beautiful place and a cute store. Would be 5 stars if customer service had been even remotely friendly. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. The girl at the cash register said nothing besides “it’s ready” and “yeah you’re good” after we had to ask if we needed to do anything else. Honestly felt like she thought we were stupid. I expect that at McDonald’s but it was pretty disheartening coming from somewhere that had such good reviews. Walked away mad that I spent $17.

I had one good experience and one bad. Thus the 3/5 rating.
The good: took my kids camping there almost a year ago and everyone had a great time. In fact, we liked it so much that this year I tried to set up a group father/son weekend camping event with my church.
The bad: after nearly two weeks of repeated attempts (I emailed and called) to get info for this group trip, I gave up. I received one text after 1wk+ which I responded to, then nothing. No details provided. Sometimes small businesses are stretched too thin. I suspect that’s what happened here.

We stopped by for lunch and liquor tasting. The views were great, and it was nice sitting out on the porch, though the plastic chairs were not comfortable. The food was tasty, but the garlic aioli fries were a bit soggy. The aioli dip should be served as a side instead of mixed in. Otherwise a nice afternoon and we left with four bottles from the distillery.
