Absolutely amazing venue for our Turkish celebration! The ambiance was beautiful, and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The staff was attentive and respectful of our traditions, the food was authentic and delicious, and the whole event was seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate in a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Went looking for a reception venue. The location was beautiful and plan to keep this location in the running. The bridal suite was a bit dated, pricing for what you get wasn’t bad. Loved that you have most of the day open to decorate, whinding staircases to take pictures.

Not a horrible venue, but the neighborhood isn't my favorite. Also the staff was mostly nice, with the exception of a couple who clearly didn't want to be there. The place is fine, just nothing remarkable.

My wedding WAS fabulous and EXACTLY how I imagined it from the day I booked this venue. Chateau Ritz is only 2mins away from my house but I never stepped in thinking that the hall might be too small to host 500 people wedding since it doesn't look that big from the outside. However, I am so glad that one day I decided to call and speak to them and it turns out that they have a space for about 800 people. I initially worked with Jim and then with Mike since Jim went on vacation. My experience was super pleasant! I called Mike probably million times to confirm every minor thing or request a change and EACH time he was super patient with me and accommodated everything I needed. On the day of the event, he was running around and available to ensure that every detail we requested was fulfilled. The hall is gorgeous itself and doesn't need additional words but customer service is something that was very difficult to find when it comes to venues. I had my food catered outside due to religious reasons but they offer in-house catering too so definitely a plus for many people. I also used an outside decorator for the stage and tables, but their in-house decorator Jessica is also a sweet person to work with. She will try her best to work with your budget and give you the best. I definitely would be recommending Chateau Ritz to ALL the South Asians for their wedding! Thank you sooo much, Mike and Ritz team for such amazing customer service and a memorable event for my husband and me.

If I could give this venue 1000 stars, I would. The Chateau Ritz is nothing short of amazing! I’ve attended events at this venue in the past, once for a wedding, and once for a school banquet. I decided to throw my moms 60th surprise birthday party here and my mom absolutely loved it! I would recommend this venue for any special occasion. It is family owned, and the staff are extremely nice, efficient and professional! Ample parking space for all of your guest and in my opinion, worth every dime!👌

This banquet hall has been in business for a very long time in Niles. Attended a luncheon Christmas party recently . Service and food was good. Our waitress was very good.

Our experience with Chateau Ritz was nothing short of extraordinary. From the owner, Mike, to the venue coordinator, Jessica, to the servers, the entire team was an absolute dream to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a spectacular event, and we felt completely stress-free throughout the entire process. No matter how busy they were, they made us feel like a top priority, always available for any questions we had, no matter how small.

The feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive. Many said it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and everything was top-notch, fitting perfectly with the black-tie event we had envisioned. Our guests raved about the butler passed hors d’oeuvres, the open bar, the food, and the deluxe sweet and fruit table. Thanks to Mike, Jessica, and the incredible team at Chateau Ritz, our wedding day was truly unforgettable. I can’t recommend them enough for making our day so memorable and spectacular!

The staff was swift and nice. They were consistant and called me "sir" each time. Never once corrected them. Food was good. DJ and MC were great at keeping the party going. Oh and the drinks were good too.
