I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of professional service because of a little rain. The hours for the business say 7a-7p, but they closed shortly after 2p today, after I had already walked there and the rain had begun. We live in the future, we have equipment and technology so that a little rain doesn't stop business. Do better and I could possibly change my review. Until then, that was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in 30 years.

Wow, I ordered an caramel iced latte and it was SUPER sweet! There was no coffee flavor at all and it was too sugary to consume. I won’t be back.

***Edit: I have been coming in every morning before work (I love the drinks) and normally my husband and I get the same thing. The batista this morning went above and beyond. Gold stars for her! We pulled up to the window and she had our normal drinks ready to go! I wish I knew her name.***
Never had any issues with this coffee shop! So many drinks to choose from! The baristas are always willing to help make suggestions. My favorite is Candyland!

Was my first time at charged. The girls were super helpful and recommended a few drinks. Which were amazing!!! The cinnamon roll iced latte (I think that's what I got) literally tastes just like a cinnamon roll with out that over powering espresso taste. I'm going to have to start making the 20 minute drive just to get some of their amazing drinks!

Best coffee/energy drink shop in the Quad Cities! My favorite flavor is Skittles. Fruit Roll Up is another good one.

Normally love this place! But I have to say I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. These last 2 days we have spent 30 dollars there. Our same drinks we get every time. There was nothing similar. We are creatures of comfort. We have literally never ordered a different drinks for ourselves. We are returning to there now so they can correct the mistake today. Just writing this to make sure this isn't repeated again. Besides these last two days both being noonish. Only thing being out of our normal. Staff is always very courteous and nice. Mistakes happen I get it. #WeNeedourCoffee

Re:We are here Sunday morning 7 am January 21st 2024. No staff present building closed and dark. For the amount of money we pay to drink coffee you'd think they'd be open. Gonna have to find a new spot I think. The staff here amazing. This is just bad management 😪

Most times I’m pleased with service but if you intend to be “closed at 5:55” don’t list 6pm as a close time. Making someone a drink when they pull in prior to 6pm should not be a problem. You should also turn off your open sign prior to counting your drawer. Probably won’t be back.
