We had a large family group for Thanksgiving. What a lovely getaway! We all had a wonderful time. Even the dogs enjoyed their stay. Rooms were clean, linens were nice, our cozy little 1 bedroom cottage was toasty and warm despite the freezing weather outside. If we go again I would reserve a two bedroom cottage for the larger living area. Great trip!

Our family spent Thanksgiving the Chalet View Lodge. We’re a big family and a bit needy, but the staff was always so welcoming and gracious. Our rooms were clean and spacious and had very comfortable bedding. We enjoyed hanging out at the brewery, playing pool and shuffleboard. Try the pretzel! We’ll definitely be back in the summer to take advantage the lodge’s great location close to lakes, golf courses, and lots of good hiking. Thank you for an amazing vacation experience!

Best hotel experience ever! The nicest staff everyone is so sweet and helpful. A gorgeous and secluded area that is a perfect getaway for family friends or couples. Not to mention the rooms are very cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely will be staying many times in the further

WHAT A TRUE GEM! I can't wait to visit again! Beautiful grounds, and event/wedding venue! You can tell the upkeep and the experience here is prioritized. High end room that was modern, and very clean. Bed was extremely cozy. Shower had GREAT pressure. Also a huge bonus that my dog was able to come along! I enjoyed my time on the lounge/patio next to the fireplace in the evening. Lodge staff were also very friendly & helpful. I recommend CVL for any kind of getaway!

Had a wonderful stay until we realized our money and one of our passports got stolen from the room we were staying in. ||The staff at the desk tried helping out but unfortunately with no success.||||Nice workers at the desk, rooms are clean and facilities are fun and well maintained.||||The place is a beautiful place to host private events. It includes nice fire pits, pond, pool, sitting areas and almost every kind and size of room for all prepossess and people.

We have stayed at the Chalet View many times over the years, and always enjoy a pleasant relaxing time. Excellent grounds to walk around, and games to play. The pool area is clean with plenty of lounge equipment. The pool is always refreshing for an afternoon swim. ||The Starbucks in the lobby is an added treat. They also have a brewery with small plates that opens each day at 4.
