This is one of the most breathtaking wedding venues in the Chico area. Butte Creek runs right long side it that seems to help cool the area off well. They have getting ready sites on location and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
If you were having your wedding up in Butte Creek Canyon area I would highly recommend a transit service so people don't drive down the smaller windier roads after the party.

Without a doubt this is the best wedding venue in the Chico area. It is absolutely breathtaking. We just had our wedding there on 10/12/2024 and it was perfect. All of our guests were in awe of this place. It is worth the drive to go view it! Beautiful bridal suite as well as a man cave for the guys. No need for a ton of decorations because the grounds and beauty takes care of that. The owners Johnny and Charlee went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. They keep the the grounds in immaculate. They are so sweet and truly do this for the love of it and care so deeply about their guests. I am so happy and thankful this is the place we chose for our wedding and we would choose it again 1,000 times over again! We plan on having a renewal of our vows party there in 10 years! Thank you so much Centerville Estate!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience planning and having our wedding here. The owners were professional and incredibly helpful, as was the staff through the entire process. Owner was available with any questions I had and the site was just absolutely beautiful and well cared for. We had an incredible night and those memories will be with us forever. I recently had my wedding on Saturday, June 10th, 2023. And let me tell you, getting married at Centerville Estates felt like a dream! My now husband , but fiancé at the time, got engaged on Christmas morning on 2021 and almost immediately started planning. After searching high and low for an outside venue with a fairytale vibe, we finally found Centerville Estates. It was everything we ever wanted and more! Johnny, the owner, puts his heart and soul into Centerville. And you can most definitely feel the love he has for his hidden gem.
A hidden gem, that’s exactly what it is, with its beautiful architecture, the personality, the kind staff, Centerville speaks for itself.
Both Johnny and Chalee (his wife) truly are the heart of Centerville and Their love for Centerville is what makes it whole. I am so happy we got married at centerville, there’s no other venue out there like it! Like I said, it truly felt like a dream! So if you’re looking for an absolutely beautiful, outsider venue where you barely have to decorate because it speaks for itself, AND has amazing owners and staff, then Centerville Estates is the venue for you!
