Wonderful wedding venue! All of my guests said it was absolutely beautiful. I love that Cedar Fox is flexible with catering and lets you work with a wholesaler for alcohol! This allowed my husband & I to customize our bar and food menus. Karen (the owner) was also super helpful with planning our timeline and great to work with! The backdrop for photos at Cedar Fox & the surrounding area were also top tier! Truly a gem in the adorable town of St. Charles.

My husband and I had the most INCREDIBLE reception this past April at Cedar Fox. The day was truly perfect thanks to Karen and the wonderful Cedar Fox team. Karen’s attention to detail and organization made it so easy for us to plan the day. She was always there to assist in every way!

The Venue is absolutely stunning and was easily able to adapt to our specific style. The veranda offered a perfect cozy environment for our guest during cocktail hour and during the reception! A month later and our guests are still talking about how truly beautiful the venue and night was…thanks to Cedar Fox! This venue will forever have a special place in our hearts!!

Cedar fox was such a dreamy place to get married! It was great that everything was there and we didn’t have to go anywhere for photos. It did rain that day but it honestly made it even more cozy and intimate. I’m a nervous nelly so I loved that the weather was one less thing to stress about. Karen was also very helpful in the process and quickly answered any questions! I had no idea how to even plan a wedding and it was great to get guidance when needed and using her vendor list. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else!!

Karen and her team at Cedar Fox were incredible to work with for our August wedding! We looked at a lot of wedding venues and none seemed exactly right - until we stepped into Cedar Fox. My now husband and I walked into the venue and we both pretty much knew immediately that this was the place where we wanted to get married. The natural lighting, naturally gorgeous & modern space, and the open house offerings was exactly what we wanted & more. We were able to take advantage of the open houses to show our immediate family the venue as well as to practice the setup of our table settings and really discover my vision. The tables & chairs are so naturally pretty that you don’t need a ton of decor/table settings if you don’t want it & everything will still look elegant and gorgeous. Highly recommend using Cedar Fox as your venue!

So excited to deliver and set up at this gorgeous venue today. Such a beautiful and inviting aesthetic creates the perfect setting with tons of natural light and open floor plan. Easy to find and right in the heart of St. Charles. Today was for a Bridal Shower and every detail was on point. The bride was gorgeous and her guests were amazed at all of the meticulous details. I met so many fabulous vendors setting up the balloon arch, florals, catering, etc. Set up and take down was a breeze for us. Super professional owner with a wonderful eye for detail. All made the event go so smooth for the vendors, the guests and most important the bride! Look forward to returning here for cake and dessert deliveries for future events! We were married at Cedar Fox over the summer and could not be happier with our wedding ceremony and reception location choice! The venue is gorgeous and so unique. Karen, Lance, and Kaylan helped make planning and executing the big day a breeze. We are so thankful for all of their insight and help throughout the process.
