The massages I've had were mixed in quality, one was great. I was uncomfortable, though, when I was asked to pay and told a 22% tip had been added without my asking and asked aloud "would you like to change this amount?" This was asked with another patron there and it felt unfair, like if I wanted to tip less I would be publicly judged for it. To me, it felt manipulative instead of offering a chance to be grateful. I wrote to tell them this on their feedback form and was informed that their patrons like to be told how much to tip, they expressed no empathy, but simply offered to alter the tip amount. Seems weird for a place devoted to rest and healing.

Had an exceptional experience. Came in for a prenatal massage and the signature facial followed by a lunch brought to the spa from the cavaliers lodge restaurant, and chill time in the meditation pool. The service was incredible, and so was the lunch and the facilities were very zen and clean. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to come back

I've been lucky enough to visit Cavallo Point Spa three times in the last 18 months. The massage is always amazing (shout out to Helena!) but I have to say the amenities don't add up to what I would expect given the price point. The meditation pool outside is lovely, but the sauna and jacuzzi are small and always crowded. I also find the women's locker room to be a crowded layout.

I had a Mama Goddess massage (prenatal) with Ruth and she made me feel like a goddess indeed! I’ve had many massages in many different countries and my level of scrutiny is very high. She didn’t disappoint and I can’t wait to visit the spa on a regular basis. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, Jerry at the tea bar was awesome, and the amenities left me feeling extremely relaxed. I almost forgot, the food is so yummy - toast is out of this world! The warm meditation pool felt amazing, and I can’t wait to see what their new amenities that are currently being remodeled are like when I return in Sept. Thank you for a blissful day ✨

I thought this place was fine. The facilities seem dated and the locker rooms are cramped. Please get digital lockers, when I go to the spa I lack the mental capacity to figure out to use a complicated manual lock. My deep tissue massage was good, I felt kind of rushed in and out. The specialist didn't really chat afterwards, he was onto the next. Showers were gross at the end of the night and I think with prices they could offer another little snack instead of just apples. Paying $9 for a specialty bag of tea feels criminal from their 'tea bar'. I also didn't appreciate the time limit, again felt rushed in and out. I, for one, will not be rushing back.

The best massage EVER with Chris! I receive regular massage therapy for a back condition. Scheduled spa massage treatment during an overnight stay while traveling. I'm not kidding. The BEST massage I've ever had. My regular therapist is 4+ hours away and is gonna be jealous I rated this so high!

Best prenatal massage in the city! One of the few places that allows you to lay on your stomach with their belly pillows. The mineral pool outside is perfect for floating before or after and the tea bar is beautiful. Making this my monthly mama ritual!

Awesome experience, it was a great pleasure to visit this resort! Very friendly employees working there. Especially manager who was very helpful! That 2 hours of relaxation helped a lot during that cold weekend!
Very cozy and relaxed atmosphere! Highly recommend to visit spa during your stay at that beautiful resort! Great view from fisher pier!
