Love the no nonsense environment and the excellent fish. We all had the river fish and it did not disappoint. Fried okra was also great. Only downside was they didn’t accept bitcoin.

Simply good and delicious! The fish was fried perfectly and the frog legs were fantastic! The best Cole slaw I've had in ages!!!

Very friendly owner. Needs to visit the louisiana coast. The shrimp were terrible but then again we are spoiled with seafood off the boat. Butterfly China shrimp i guess is OK for folks that don't know better.

I've had worse a few times but I've had better a lot. The fish was over cooked, the coleslaw was different and the tea was on the verge of being soured....

No buffet on Saturday as advertised.
River fish was ok. Cut into nuggets. Boiled shrimp no seasoning. Kind of bland

I gave the Atmosphere 5 stars. Do not confuse this with some swanky place with flowers and fountains. They have a nice place with friendly staff and with any luck the owner will come out and ask you how your day is going.

Catfish was good, hushpuppies were store bought and cole slaw was warm and only 3 bites. ☹️
The female did not have a hair net or cap on, hair flying everywhere.
Not impressed. Where is the health inspector?

I wish y’all were closer to where I live! I’d be here like everyday. That roasted bell pepper sauce was soooo good! It’s only a 14 hour round trip lol
