We have stayed here a number of times. The staff has always been beyond accommodating. On our last trip, we brought my mom, who has limited mobility. The room we had was near an exterior door, the handicap parking was right next to the door. We asked for a roll in shower and a recliner. After some searching, we were able to get both. Our room was a little tight, between my family and my mothers needs but manageable. The pool is very nice. My family loves the fish pond, which is in the center of the hotel. You can even feed the fish at certain times a day. If you are looking for a decent hotel, this one is worth looking at.

Loved our stay so much that we stayed on the way down and the way home from Colorado! Great room, comfortable bed, awesome front desk service, love the hot tubs, and fabulous price! I have to give some of the food a poor review though since the coffee was a rather thick sludge of some kind and the pancakes tasted like rubber. However, I loved the biscuits and gravy! One suggestion would be to reserve one hot tub for adults only after 8pm since it can get rather rowdy in there 😉

This place was super cool. Inside pool has a little fish pond. The rooms were clean and the hot tub room had a huge tub and it was very comfy. I would stay here again if not getting an Airbnb.

I would rate this 4.5.
This place is really nice and cozy.
The staff is super nice and helpful.
We stayed at the suite w/fireplace and steam shower. Super affordable. The room was huge and super cozy. Linens were clean.
Housekeeping is iffy. The room was fairly clean but we found flower petals and cups on several parts of the room when we checked in. They weren’t tiny, they were noticeable that’s why I gather they aren’t very thorough on their cleaning.
It would have been nice if at checkin they give u some kind of instructions for the fireplace and the steam shower. We struggled to make them work but we did get a good use out of them.
This place has peak times when it gets busy usually after check in on the weekends, it’s popular for big groups of students.
The main pool is not super warm but doable.
The hot tub with the highest temperature is right next to the main pool.
Everything here looks clean. At peak times there is an expected wet path in the courtyard area.
We are very sensitive to smells and we didn’t have any problems at this place. The ventilation worked well. They have elevators that worked correctly.
It’s a very beautiful facility great for a family winter escapade. After 3 nights here I actually felt that I didn’t want to leave and that doesn’t happen often. It’s hard to beat my home amenities.
Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of us.
Breakfast is included but we didn’t eat it bc of dietary restrictions. Everyone else seemed to love it.

This place is so clean! And it is such a unique hotel! I really appreciate how comfy the beds are! The breakfast that is offered is above what a normal hotel breakfast includes in my opinion. They have a wide variety of things to pick from and not just a small offering. The hot tubs are soooo nice too! The staff were always very nice and understanding if I needed anything. The tv in the rooms are also bigger than most hotels that I have stayed in. No issues at all besides them being full when I wanted to stay longer haha!

I've only ever had one issue staying here out of countless times, and it was the last time but it will not be our last stay. Lol our heater wouldn't stop running in rm 133. We had to just turn it off completely because the room was 79°. We love this place.

I loved this hotel! Not your regular chain hotel set up or decor.
Check-in is 3p, and Check-Out is Noon. It's right off the highway, but I didn't hear any traffic.
There's an indoor pool with a hot tub. There is a beautiful courtyard, where an additional 4 other hot tubs are. And a koi pond (fish food is offered to feed them at specific times of the day). And plenty of seating.
There is also a small lounge area with a fireplace and TV. A business center and exercise room. There is NOT a 'pantry'... there ARE vending machines. Cash or download an app? I'm not sure, I actually had some cash on me.
The rooms were clean and nice sized. We stayed in a double Queen. A small table with 2 chairs and a loveseat (that pulled out to a bed) were in the room, and it never felt crowded. The water pressure was great in the shower. There is a hair dryer. Four regular size pillows on each bed. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room.
Outside reach room is a nice seating area. The second floor had, for lack of better words, 'a private balcony'.
We had an early appointment, so we didn't eat breakfast there, therefore, can't comment on breakfast.
I can say that coming from the TX Gulf Area (where it was 74° when I left, and 9° when I arrived!) if I lived here, I would think it was worth the money to come one weekend a month for the pool, hot tub and free breakfast during the winter time.

Absolutely made a mess out of my wedding night. We had booked and had our guests book a lot of rooms here. None of the hot tubs were working which was a huge reason we booked it. I understand things break but there was no communication that they were down when we were booking and specifically mentioned them. Some of my guests rooms were still dirty when we arrived, I am talking nasty-ness on some of the toilets and garbage under the beds. We will fast forward to the wedding night where I had called ahead to the front desk since we had some leftover food from the wedding, we wanted to set it up in the lobby for our guest and others to munch on. We had all the food packed up including our wedding cake, the custom cake knives and all the food. It was dropped off and set aside where the staff THREW IT all away after saying we could have it set up. There was no manager on duty so the best they could offer me was $50 off one night. After escalating it they would only compensate 1 night for us but nothing for our guests after they threw away over $1000 in catering. They did manage to get the hot tubs working! Luke warm water at best and way to many chemicals in them to where you couldn't see the bottom. That is not safe so everyone knows. I will never ever recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ever again which sucks because the Billings Montana location was freaking awesome. This was just an absolute mess and for them to basically tell me tough crap after making such a large reservation is disgusting.
