The bathroom was so bad. They are labeled men/women and they should be one or the other. Toilet lid all peed up and nasty inside. Never have I been to a Casey's and they were so dirty. What does your kitchen look like?

Just spent $72 on pizza that had half the toppings than it usually does. The pizzas were smaller Than usual. Price is going up quality Going way down. getting the point where I don’t think I’m gonna order from cases anymore because the experience is consistently getting worse with quality of the food. Customer service was great. The people who help me were amazing. Now if Casey’s put that kind of effort into the quality of their food maybe I would consider ordering again. But for $72 I don’t think I will.

We ordered 2 pizzas to take to some friends house and we all thought the pizzas were Great! Even leftovers the next day my husband and I had the leftovers and they were still delicious. Great job and wonderful service. The pizzas were a lot better than Princeton and LeClaire. We live in Princeton but we might just order from Port Byron from now on.

Ordered a pizza and was given a 30 minute pick up time. When I arrived, I was told it hasn’t been started and to come back in fifteen. I came back 25 minutes later and they did not start the order and had to wait another 35 minutes in Casey’s. I was also told they did not have sauce for the chicken I paid for. I missed most of the social event the pizza was even for. Slices are rarely on the spinner during the week and in the morning for breakfast during the week. I am not normally one to post reviews or even be upset, but this was ridiculous. Not even a “sorry for the wait.” SMH. I am going to kwik star going forward.

This Casey’s has gone down hill SO much. Last week I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, only one pizza was ready, they didn’t realize there were two on the order. Okay that’s fine, I waited for the other to be ready. Drive 15 home to realize the pizza they made was wrong. Called to let them know and was met with horrible customer service, the person said ‘what do you mean it’s not right?’ I proceeded to tell him only half of the pizza was supposed to have jalapeños. Then he told me, ‘That’s not what the order said’ I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed that’s what the order said and apologized and said they would write me down for a free pizza. Today I was going to use the free pizza, called in an order was told it was going to be ready at 5:28. Got there at 535 and it wasn’t even in the oven yet. We decided to pass on the pizza this time as we didn’t have time to wait. This used to be my go to Casey’s, but unfortunately I think I’m going to have to find another one.

I stop by here frequently either on the way or from work. The location is very convenient in this respect.

I really like the pizza from Casey's, it is a treat either for breakfast or an early dinner. The donuts are similarly delightful.

Would always recommend a Casey's for a quick bite. Thanks for being great!

In town for the outage and have stopped at the Casey's in Port Byron everyday for a week just to get a slice of delicious pizza! Only once in seven days has there been pizza in the machine. Watched a gentleman come in and ask the lady in the kitchen when would there be single slices out and she completely ignored the gentleman. Another gentleman came in to get his pre-ordered pizza that had a set pick-up time only to be told it would be an additional 30-45 mins before his pizza was started. Hoping it gets better.

5 o clock on a Friday not a single slice of pizza but 5 people in the kitchen make it make zense. Wasting that caseys corporate money doing nothing i guess.
