This place is great. Our first time trying a b&b and it was a great experience. Brenda, our host, was sweet and made amazing breakfast. She was nice enough to upgrade us to the best room in the house.||The Michael Mitchell room was huge and amazing. The bed is squeaky but great room overall. The whirlpool was great. Antiques are everywhere in this house which gives the house a lot of character. It is far away from all the noise of downtown but close enough to go for dinner.||They have a great backyard if you just want to relax rather than roam around. Brenda made delicious breakfast, highly recommend it.||We are in our 20s and greatly enjoyed this place and chatting with Brenda and learning about the history of the place and the town. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for one night for my birthday. I was so happy to find a bed and breakfast with a reasonable rate on short notice. The owner, Brenda, welcomed us by name at the front door. She was very friendly, yet also gave us plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed sitting on their back patio and looking out at the beautiful view. She offered us champagne, nuts and freshly baked cookies when we arrived. The breakfast the next morning was the best I've ever had! The only slight drawback was that the walls are thin and sounds carry between rooms. They were in the midst of doing some renovations on one of the rooms, so you can tell that they keep up with improvements. The location is convenient, just 5-10 minutes outside downtown Lake Geneva. I can't say enough about this wonderful place.

My wife and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary while staying at Case's B&B. And what a great experience it was.As soon as we arrived, Brenda invited us into her kitchen and parlor, and offered us cheese, crackers, salami, fruit and wine. Afterwards, we went upstairs to our suite, which was very roomy, and tastefully decorated. The whole house is filled with antiques of all kinds, beautiful paintings on the walls, it was unbelievable. As we were enjoying chatting with Brenda, and another couple staying there, something happened that I had never experienced from any other B&B we had ever stayed. Brenda asked us, " What would you like for breakfast?" I said " bacon.:. The other guest said "biscuits and gravy". The next morning, we had both, along with French toast, and poached eggs, juice, muffins. It was a meal fit for a king. DELICIOUS!! Brenda loves to cook, and she is a really good one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Brenda and Bob, it was without a doubt, one of the best B&B experiences we have ever had. We look forward to staying with them again when we return to Lake Geneva.||||Rich and Susie

What a wonderful place!! 💕 Each of the rooms were decorated beutifully and had everything we needed for our stay!
Brenda was a great host and made us the most delicious and elaborate breakfast with an egg casserole, French toast casserole, fruit , muffins and coffee!! She is a wonderful cook and we enjoyed our breakfast on the front porch!
There’s a great view on the back deck, great place to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks!
We walked thru the neighborhood and to the lake which is close by.
We drove to town and took in the Great Lake Geneva Shops and had lunch.
We will definately be returning!
Highly Recommend!

I had such a wonderful stay with my husband! We stayed in the master suite and enjoyed the new sleigh bed and decor! They just finished remodeling our room....and it was gorgeous! There was love and thought put into every detail! Brenda went above and beyond to make us feel like a king and queen during our time their! I have been to other BnB's and have never had such a delicious homemade breakfast or a more pleasant atmosphere! ||||I will definitely be coming back and refering this Bnb to many of my friends! The best BnB in Lake Geneva HANDS DOWN!

Brenda was so accommodating ! She had wine and appetizers waiting for us when we arrived. Our room was very large with a huge corner jacuzzi tub! So nice to relax ! She cooked us a breakfast fit for a king . The house is beautiful !! Her attention to detail is fabulous. Walking distance to the lake and 7 min drive to downtown shopping and restaurants ! Don’t miss this one !

My mom, sister & I went here for a weekend getaway in July and stayed at Case's for 3 nights because one of the rooms has 2 twin beds and a futon, which allowed each of us to sleep comfortably. It was an ideal spot for us. Case's is a gorgeous home filled with antiques and original woodwork throughout. When we arrived, Brenda greeted us with her warm personality before we even got to the front door. She had wine chilling for us and an assortment of cheeses, crackers, pate, fruit and cookies. We had to leave for a play at the Fireside Theater, so she quickly saw us off with cold bottles of water. And that was only the beginning of her hospitality. Her breakfasts were incredible! Day One: apple French toast with herbed scrambled eggs, brown sugar bacon, fruit and assorted breads. Day Two: an amazing spinach bake with sausage, fruit & breads, along with sweet tea served in glasses that were 100 years old. Day Three: 2 kinds of quiche with bacon, fruit & breads. Brenda always accommodated our morning schedule and she made good suggestions for activities in the Lake Geneva area. We felt very pampered and relaxed at Case's. I can't imagine a more perfect B&B experience than this! Thank you, Brenda!

Hmmm. Well. To say there is an overabundance of various and sundry Victorian era knicknacks, lamps, artwork, furnishings, and other tchotchkes decorating this establishment would be an understatement of vast proportions -- it does boarder on hoarder-esque . . . but it somehow works and at least it's as advertised. Irrespective, the place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is great, i.e., outside of the craziness of downtown Lake Geneva but close enough that it's not a huge effort to drive into town for dinner. ||||My wife and I took my son and nephew for a one night stay earlier this month. My wife and I were given the master suite complete with a massive whirlpool tub (totally unnecessary but nice) and two bedrooms. The bed in the larger room had VERY squeaky springs which made for some amusing moments. The boys were given the entire third floor which they liked although their toilet arrangement more closely resembled that which you'd find on small ocean-going vessel.||||Brenda, the hostess, as others have noted, is truly a joy. She loves this. She loves her guests. She loves talking and listening. She is very good at this. Her breakfast was phenomenal: Scrambled eggs, bacon, juice, coffee (with cinnamon), home made cornbread, home made muffins, fresh fruit, and yogurt. It was feast. We would have stayed longer, but we needed to be on our way, but I'll always remember how kind and welcoming she was and felt like I'd made another friend.||||Oh yeah, she also provided a lovely bottle of merlot for my wife and I to share the evening of our arrival. What a great touch.||||To summarize: You could do MUCH worse in the area and will be hard-pressed to do better, especially accounting for the price. I'd definitely stay here again.
