Thanks for hosting us over the past 6 days, and accommodating our late checkout. So so greatly appreciated!

On our way out we saw Jonathan and Marlon were in a meeting, so we just saw ourselves out and left the keys in the mailbox. A very nice and convenient arrangement.

Just when we were waiting for pickup by the family and I was typing this message, Marlon came out and say goodbye.

All in all, good place, nice people, and real family atmosphere.

Marlon and Jonathan definitely deserve the title “Superhost” because they were probably the best hosts I’ve ever had through Airbnb! They welcomed me with warmth and kindness like I was a part of their family, and helped me get my bearings of the area. They communicated well and were helpful whenever I asked and proactively. They have a beautiful family who were kind, polite, and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in their home, and the room felt so calming and relaxing with the cool sea breeze and lots of sunlight.

The house is large with lots of shared space, and was always immaculately clean. The area is super safe and serene, with easy access to any of West LA; I even scootered through the South Bay all the way to north Redondo. Places like Silver Lake and Encino are father but still accessible. Marina, Venice, Santa Monica, and Playa Del Ray are all within a ~10 min drive. A few restaurants and bars nearby, but a very quiet and chill neighborhood.

The hosts, Jonathan & Marlon are extremely warm and treat you like family. The communication with them excellent and our stay was as smooth as silk! The home is absolutely gorgeous and very clean! The location is also wonderful; it’s close to so many of LA’s attractions and the marina where you can breathe in the cool, crisp, & fresh ocean air! I highly recommend Casa Del Rey!

This place feels like home for me! Every time I stay I feel welcomed, appreciated and the communication is always on point! Also, is extremely beautiful and cozy! If you’re in the LA area and want a place that’s close to Venice, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Culver City…with good coffee shops and restaurants all around; this is your place!
