Excellent! Quite possibly one of the best B&B's we've stayed at. We were there for birding in the area but could have spent the whole time at the B&B. The interior courtyard was lush with plants and filled with hummingbirds when we were there in August. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive. Really first rate breakfasts, if anything there was too much food and we were tempted to linger instead of getting out in search of birds. Every kind of tea imaginable. Pies, and brownies available all day or night. Really nice pool but we were too busy to partake. For the birders, we even added a life species on the property, Lesser Nighthawks.

Oh my goodness this place is so beautiful and special! Hosts are gracious, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and lovely. The central courtyard, grounds, and surrounding property are gorgeous. Breakfasts are delicious. The organized Friday morning birding walk was spectacular! As was all the birding we did just walking from the property. And we had easy access to the nearby canyons of the Huachuca Mtns for outstanding birding. We only regret we didn't plan for a longer stay, and we didn't manage to sample the homemade pies.. We'll definitely be back!

I can't recommend Casa de San Pedro B&B enough. It is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and spacious with thoughtful details. The owners Karl and Patrick are the best possible hosts, ever. They are kind, friendly and make you feel so welcome. The breakfasts are gourmet. They make homemade desserts, mostly pies, that are delicious and available to eat at any time. The facility outside of the rooms is beautiful. It is a birdwatcher paradise including on their property and nearby locations. In addition, the other guests that you met at breakfast were a delight to visit with. (Many of the guests have been coming there for years, which is always a good sign!) It is a wonderful place for a therapeutic retreat! We loved this place and look forward to returning!

First time here and first impressions were great. Just a beautiful place to stay, clean, safe , relaxing water fountains with hummingbird feeders in the courtyard and other bird feeders on the grounds. I’m a birder and I enjoyed after a full day of birding, and continuing birding right on the property until night fall. At dusk I saw great horned owls and lesser night hawks. There is plenty to explore you can walk out on public lands to the San Pedro river. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to enjoy it but if and when there will be a next time I will allow for an extra day or time to do so! The owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I hear they cook a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Unfortunately I had to leave before sunrise everyday but I enjoyed their pies and the coffee and breakfast items they left out for me and others who couldn’t stay for breakfast at 8am. The house inside is just beautiful and free to explore and relax. A few people I met there had expressed they come every year and love it. It is a close enough drive to sierra vista as well as to Ramsey, Ash and Miller canyons for birding. I would 100% come back again.

Our crew recently hosted a wedding and reception at Casa de San Pedro B&B, what a great success! The B&B is a beautiful venue for vacationing, but also was the perfect place for the outdoor wedding and reception. The groom and bride's families were able to stay in the B&B for the weekend, relax, and enjoy time together! Their breakfasts were exceptional and service was outstanding. Many family members are already talking about going back for vacation stays. Definitely visit, the place is truly an oasis in the desert.

Wow! Beautiful hacienda with a central courtyard and a hot tub behind an enclosure. A nice garden up front, loads of bird feeders attracting several species, a covered patio strung with lights, a couple of sitting rooms with books, games, etc., a wonderful selection of teas and fresh coffee and pie 24 hours a day, beautifully appointed rooms, easy check-in system, fabulous breakfast and situated by BLM grasslands and the San Pedro river. Nothing to dislike about this place. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about Casa de San Pedro! The accommodations are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast (and pie!) is amazing. There is a beautiful garden, pool, and nature trails. The owners, Patrick and Karl, are so incredibly welcoming and helpful. The other guests we met were also fascinating, wonderful people. Can't wait to come back!

Patrick & Karl run the place and are so nice and accommodating. The property has breath taking views as well a beautiful quaint courtyard. They have high end washer and dryers on site, gorgeous inside and outside sitting areas, bird watching, and a fully stocked breakfast area. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on at a hotel and the suite we stayed in was bigger than the previous apartment I used to rent. Walk in closest, double sink bathroom, huge bedroom and comfortable seating in living room. Super accessible to Sierra Vista and Bisbee without the traffic. And you don’t want to miss the Sweetest pups who love to visit with guests!
