Stayed the night of 10/05, got a call to ask at what time I would do my check in, check-in was ok, clerk made sure I was aware it was a non-smoking room before I walked away. I was to tired to check room but in the morning i noticed the shower curtain had make up stains, not small ones, but a full on face, dirty linen where hidden in the small closet, and to top it off we found a bed bug on the mattress right before we got up, started to check the mattress and the protector had huge urine stains.

If I could I would give this place a zero stars, I booked a room for a friend that’s is having a hard time, her water is shut off and she needed a place to stay so she can shower. I booked the room for her and the total was $85 dollars. When she got there they said that it was actually $130–$40 for the deposit . Due to her not having my card the guy at the front desk said to Zelle the money (I assumed he was the owner) and she would be able to stay. I Zelled him the money and she then told me he wanted an extra hundred. I ended up texting him ( I got his # because I Zelled him) and he said that he won’t let her stay unless he gets another 100 dollars. I said no and he only sent me 60 back. When I texted him to give me the rest of the money he said no, he said he didn’t know who I was and that I had to go through my friend for the money. From the very beginning, this whole thing was not only shady but unprofessional and it was also mean. This is not ok, not only did he refused my friend, he took my money. Now my friend has no place to stay and I’m out 70 bucks. Never would I thought this would ever happen at a business. I said I would call the police and I’m still planning on reporting the situation. Bad bad place! Don’t stay here!!

The room was simple and clean. Though not enough towels. Bed was very comfy and was given a king-size bed. Other than that, I'm not happy that they asked for a deposit, and at the time of check out, they didn't return all of it, and they still checked the room.

The room was FILTHY.

Dirty towels and hair from LAST guests still in the bathroom.
Sheets were dirty and had stains.
The bathroom smelled of mold, a strong smell.
A picture on the wall next to the bathroom had mold on it.
The fridge didn't work because the outlet it was plugged into didn't work and it stunk when it was opened.
Fridge was blocking 90% of the cabinets.
The cabinets were filthy and had trash in them. One had a bag with dirty tampons in it.
The table was FILTHY. Had sticky stuff with hair stuck to it.

I have NEVER been to a hotel so dirty. I was excited... it looked so nice from the pictures and is disappointing how dirty it was. If it wasn't filthy it would have been a good experience.

We told the man at the desk, not even 10 minutes after we checked into the room. He said he would give us a measly $10 off. He gave us new sheets, with stains and a couple towels. He said he had no other rooms to switch us to.
In the morning when we reminded him of the $10 off he nodded and said yes. He didn't want to to give us our receipt and when he did we seen he did NOT give us the $10 off. He charged us the full amount and then said it's because the fridge did work. Even tho we didn't find out until 5 minutes before we checked out. I didn't fight him I just wanted out of there. Paid full price, $135 for one night. Worst night of my life.

Oh, and we killed 2 baby cockroachs.

The place is disgusting. Had thousands of gnats in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like a downtown LA Skid Row the towels are filthy. The rooms are small Graffiti on furniture and bathroom the most disgusting place ever. I will never ever ever suggest anyone to sleep here there’s smokers just renting rooms. There was blood on the floor. There was bubblegum on my sheets. so if you stay here, good luck, the people that own the place are racist.

Checked in just after 3pm on a Monday. Place looks like a 90s apartment complex and motel mixed in one. Room 109 is clean and tidy but decor is just a lil too much for me. I prefer clean, white. modern, crisp, and minimally decorated rooms.

Legit person I have been to high end hotels in downtown not one has given the most courteous and best customer service ever! He has an amazing vibe. The place is quite and people are respectful none of that late night slamming doors or noise the room was clean and organized the bathroom had been clean not wiped down as I have cleaning OCD and literally could smell the cleanness of it I recommend this place and definitely will be staying here when I’m in Whittier

I've never had issues here the rooms have been decent size beds are okay bring a blanket the bathrooms are clean the biggest issue is the people who stay there are loud AF banging doors or stomping but that's just about any motel
