This was a beautiful restaurant! The ambiance, decor, staff were impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, great presentation & delicious. Everything was well priced, actually due to the quality I would have expected to pay much more! All the staff were delightful. We wanted for nothing, water was refilled before we could blink! Cocktails were great & wine list was wonderful. I accidentally left my purse there & the staff stored it in a safe. They have complimentary valet parking. The perks could go on!

We sat at the bar, and Lexi was our bartender and server—she was absolutely fantastic. Her friendly personality, attentiveness, and expert drink-making skills made our visit so enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her recommendations were spot-on. If you're looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere, definitely ask for Lexi. We’ll be back for sure!😍

Dined at the restaurant last night. Sat at a table in the bar area. It was a little small for four people, but we didn't want to move and cause an issue. It worked out though.

The service was a little slow at first. We were a party of 4, and 2 members of the party were a little behind. The server may have been trying to just time things to get us on track.

Once we got settled, everything was very good to excellent, including the service. Really liked the way the two appetizers were served in a tower plate set-up. The table was a lot less crowded.

The one inconvenient thing about this location are the bathrooms. You have to exit the restaurant and walk down the building hallway a but to use the facilities.

Went here for my 17yr anniversary. Everything was flawless from the door to the managers. We were greeted promptly by host and 2 managers. They really rolled out the red carpet for us and made us feel like we owned the place. Met the gm Genti and John the manager both were class acts. Food was superb. Highly recommend the marsala and the grilled octopus app. Desserts were freshly homemade. The cocktails were outstanding. The pama martini was killer. Thanks for a fantastic evening. Service was on point as well as culinary and leadership.

Would be 2 stars if it wasn’t for the lovely staff.

The food is- pretty bad.

The complimentary bread is ok but under salted and needed some herbs on it.

The arancini was beautifully presented but the tomato sauce was flavorless and the inside of the arancini was mushy and also flavorless.

The ceasar salad was pretty good, probably the best appetizer we had.

The margherita pizza was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. I was shocked, we are in Chicago (is this the tavern style people rave about?). The crust was dry and crackly, sauce was weak and sparse, wrong cheese, flavorless.

The entree was so underwhelming for the price. The presentation was cool, but The pasta was slightly overcooked, the cheese was starchy and lumpy, the ham was under-rendered. Again, under salted and flavorless.

Super disappointing meal for the price. Maybe it was an off night for the chef, idk.

The shrimp Campanelle was better but still a rather weak sauce that tasted weirdly bitter or like it had alcohol in it.

We were dining before a holiday concert. The management team is outstanding! We aren’t regulars but were treated like we were family. We were stretched for time and the everyone made the experience so wonderful. The decor is beautiful and felt so festive. The food was delicious. Great job Carlucci’s! We will be back.

I have to say we had a pleasant experience at dinner. I had my in-laws in town and wanted to show off some Chicago eatery’s. Sall our waiter was supper attentive and even suggested the lamb which was amazing.

I went on a Thursday night, and the restaurant was fairly busy, full by the end of the evening. The atmosphere was lively. I noticed the staff was very attentive to my elderly grandmother. <3 The food was excellent, and she agreed, ordering a second apple and brie pastry from the appetizer menu. The parmesan pasta plate was large enough to share, and we were too full for dessert. We decided we would come back and try more!
