Brianna, Corina, Katey & Sammy were amazing! Me & my now, husband were so thankful for all of the amazing support provided by them and all the Wedgewood team. Since the beginning of our adventure in finding a venue, we knew it would be the perfect place! It was the first place we visited, and four venue hunts later, it was the one we chose! First of all, the team is so kind and helpful. Second, the bridal suite is amazing and so many other venues lacked this option. Also, the hotel being next to it is a plus as well as being able to get a group discount for our wedding party. There was a surplus of benefits found with Wedgewood and we did not regret our choice one bit. Then the day of our wedding, there were no errors. Everything went perfect!!! People were in awe of how organized everything was & how beautiful. My husband and I truly couldn't have pictured a better wedding venue & if I could do it all again I'd always choose Wedgewood! Also - their banquet team is great! Their vendors are amazing and the food is delicious!!

From the moment we began planning, every interaction with the team at The Windmill was filled with genuine care and excitement for our special day. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set them apart.

A special shoutout to Sammy and Katey, who were our wedding coordinators. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our decor was flawlessly arranged, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Their dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Kelly, our banquet captain, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had everything we needed throughout the night, checking on us regularly and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. Our bartender Julie, was so sweet and attentive! And the drinks were delicious.

Every meeting, every phone call, and every interaction with the team at The Windmill was filled with warmth and professionalism. They truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

We booked our wedding at the Carlsbad Windmill, and would recommend a million times!
My husband and I picked a date for this venue after our first visit. We fell in love with the overall ambience of both the ceremony room and the reception area. We also really appreciated the architecture, floor plan, and how easy everything was with the all-inclusive options.
The team was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and really provided an amazing overall service.
I was constantly emailing Wedgewood with changes/questions, and they were always reassuring, understanding and patient.
The quality of everything on the day of was incredible. Everything ran so smoothly!! I also wanted to mention that the vendors they provided me with were a perfect match. The florals provided by Moments in Bloom, their officiant Kimiko from Weddings Love and Laughter, and the ice cream catered from Handels were a few of my favorites. The food was great, and the servers were so attentive, especially considering we had around 17 tables and 180 guests.
The only minor problem we had was waiting an hour during the reception for our cake to be cut and served. We were told it was because there was four tiers and an additional sheet cake, but it was still kind of confusing to wait that long.
Overall, the entire team at the Carlsbad Windmill, especially our coordinator, Shannon, truly made my special day that much more special.
If you’re looking for an easy wedding planning experience and a beautiful indoor venue, this is the one!!!

I recently photographed my 7th wedding at the Carlsbad Windmill and the day went extremely smooth! I love all the photo locations at this venue from the courtyard to the balcony. All the staff here are always super nice and fun to talk to and the venue and decorations are always set up beautifully!

The team at the Carlsbad Windmill is AMAZING! We were blown away by how simple they made wedding planning. We were able to relax and enjoy the process and we couldn't have been happier with how our day turned out. Every vendor that they suggested completely surpassed our expectations and they were so helpful in coordinating with those vendors. For anyone who wants a beautiful stress free wedding experience, I would definitely recommend the Carlsbad Windmill!

Overall our wedding reception at the Carlsbad Windmill was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we booked, the communication and professionalism were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful, and our coordinator, Janae, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was there every step of the way, handling all the details so we could enjoy our day stress-free.

The inclusive vendors in the Elite package were fantastic, and we received so many compliments on the quality of the services provided. The venue itself was stunning – the perfect venue for our reception, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful space to celebrate with our loved ones.

There was a small hiccup with the photo booth – unfortunately, the printer broke down after just 10 minutes of use. Guests could still text or email their photos, but it was a bit disappointing since we had opted for the Elite package for that added experience. Given that we were married on a busy Saturday in March, and with the reputation of Wedgewood, we had hoped for a backup plan for situations like this.

We are so grateful to the entire Wedgewood team for making our wedding day as special as it was. We truly felt cared for, and the experience overall was worth every penny. Thank you, Janae, and the entire staff for making our big day magical!

The hotel was clean, safe and centrally located to anything and everything Carlsbad related. However, the beds were VERY uncomfortable and the late night staff was beyond unhelpful. During my stay my friends and I experience multiple late night issues and their lack of maintenance staff and housekeeping made very simple fixes into actual problems.
