Had a great first experience at Capitol Floats Auburn! Started with an Infrared Sauna followed by a 60 minute float. I was able to use some of my wife’s services from her membership, nice! I wasn’t sure what to expect from the float but I came out relaxed. There was no rush to leave so I spent some time on the couch reading journal entries of other people’s experiences. Very cool! Highly recommend!

Ultimate self care! The fire and ice service is amazing- the room is so zen- sauna is top quality and really warms you up- shower is roomy and complete with soap and towels and the cold plunge is perfect temperature- rotating hot and cold is incredible and you have enough time to really enjoy the service and experience. I loved it so much I joined the monthly membership and look forward to increasing my cold tolerance. Staff is so great- facility to very calming and just perfect. highly recommend and so glad I found them.

I was gifted a "Trifecta" (float, sauna and massage) for my Birthday and what a wonderful gift it was. The location is great with good food nearby and a salon next door (make a day of it) and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. There is a nice little seating area in the back where you can cozy up on the couch and enjoy a cup of tea before or after your services as well as a patio to enjoy when the weather is nice. My massage therapist was wonderful and gave me just what I needed, a great massage!

I did the fire & ice package + a float afterwards. I loved the privacy of both rooms and having a solo sauna + cold lounge. I’ve never done a float before and I’m excited to try more. I bounced around in the tub and the biggest thing I noticed after the float was that my neck and back felt like they’d been massaged - very therapeutic for me as I had just been in a car for 16 hours. I definitely recommend using the Vaseline they provide for cuts before entering the pod ♥️. And, read their protocols *before booking as they are super helpful (for example, don’t shave before…etc).

Wow! So very very clean and welcoming here. You feel relaxed as soon as you enter. I came in for my first float and truly enjoyed the whole experience. Floating was not only relaxing, it really helped relieve some lower back pain I had going on. I will be here again to try the other offerings like a massage or cold plunge. Special shout out to Nina, her knowledge and clear work ethic made the whole visit that much better. Great staff! Soooooo Clean!!

Great place. Coming from a self proclaimed mountain man floating is one of my only sources of meditation, relaxation and body rejuvenation. Capital Floats is great, staff has always been polite, friendly and the ability to customize my individual float experience is cool.
