My stays have been excellent in terms of customer service. The general manager Tony Moreno always greets me with a warm smile, accommodates all of my special requests and is just a nice gentleman. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great location (quiet). This is my go to hotel .

I booked this on accident. I usually go to the Holiday Inn. Everything was decent. Not bad not great if that makes sense. I prefer the free breakfast and rooms at the holiday inn. If I was staying for an extended period this might be better. This feels more like a hotel for workers or business people. I did miss the free breakfast and a bathtub. Also I like the layout of the other rooms better. This was cozy and remodeled but just didn’t feel as comfortable for me.

I had a good experience here. I checked-in in the evening and the girl at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating.
My room was nice. Small but cozy. Comes with kitchenette and a pretty good size bathroom. Bed, pillows were comfortable. Good AC. Plates, cups, refrigerator, dishwasher, cabinets, big TV all included. I didn't notice any dirt or debris. One thing: there was this smoky smell that permeated through the halls, not in my room but yet noticeable outside of the room while walking through the hallways. Since that was the only thing I noticed wrong, I think I'll still leave 5 stars.
Oh, also, I had to leave early because I had finished what I needed to do unexpectedly quick and they told me as long as I checked out by 11am, they wouldn't charge me for the next day which I thought was pretty cool.
They have snacks, food, beverages in the lobby for purchase and I think a fitness center as well (I didn't use).
Checkout was smooth the next morning and for me, they were pleasant and friendly.
OK, the city around the hotel is a little rough but overall I had a good experience at this place. I'd book again if I was in the area. Good for the price.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We got to the hotel 45 minutes before check in time at 3pm and did not check in until 5:30pm. The staff was laughing at us, demeaning us and let about 20 people check in in front of us. The assistant manager, Erica, was the main culprit of this treatment and did not once offer to make anything right. They called us rude to our faces for simply questioning why we weren’t able to check in and why other people were going in front of us. They claimed it was because we needed a 2 bed when we saw groups of 4+ going into rooms in front of us. They had a a list of names, and they literally crossed ours off and started a new list…. PETTY. They continued to give other people rooms after saying we were “next” and would laugh in our faces. We called customer service who refused to do anything for us despite being treated like trash. I have never experienced this sort of treatment in my life, and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Really good facility, is quiet despite being within sight of I-10. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Our only complaint is that Candlewood’s don’t offer complimentary breakfast. Otherwise it’s a very good place to stay. Good amount of restaurants and fast food within a mile drive or a 10 minute walk down the street.

The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and restroom were excellent. There was everything you'd need for an extended stay or just an overnight visit. The only issue I had was with the television but that was most likely a problem with the local cable provider.

We got transferred from one room to another and the difference of quality was pretty significant but over minor things. The cup holder was missing the bottom, the stove wasn't working as the breaker was off, part of the wires behind the tv were coming out of the wall in a way they shouldn't have been. One perk in the room with problems was that the bathroom didn't smell awful, like it did in the other one. Other than that everything else was perfect and most of the problems were fixed in the end. Also don't bother with the view on this place you'll either get the other hotel or the one that is in construction - that so far hasnt been loud, just an eye sore. 🤪

Hi, I recently stayed here and had a terrible experience. Starting before check in, my rooms were all canceled before I could check in, never did they contact me to try and resolve anything I had just seen my cancelation in my emails later on. Second, we showed up at 3pm (check in time) and weren't able to check in till after 6pm which made us miss a huge prior commitment which was reason of us being in the area. Third, we had multiple questionable charges on our account which weren't able to be tracked when I called. I reached out to the managers email twice with the charges and they did not contact me back at all. Overall, this hotel needs some extreme work. Only positive was the room , hotel technicalities on the other hand, not so great.
