I found this hotel to be very comfortable. The people working there are all friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. It just blows my mind that contract electrical workers do not do their jobs correctly when installing electrical outlets in new construction. Why the architects designed the bathroom such that you have to walk 15 feet to get a towel to dry your hands!! They put an enormous mirror in the bathroom where a smaller mirror could be there and a towel bar!! It would be super sweet if the hotel could get regular, normal carts to tote your luggage, etc. with. I am referring to the ones with poles on each end with a large flat bottom. I simply do not understand the triangular carts!!! I mentioned that to the CEO of IHG hotels when I filled out their survey, and hopefully something will get done. It sounds like I am complaining, but I will definitely be staying there whenever I visit Mural City Coffee in Dothan, Alabama.

This was a quick stopover for a road trip. While I lean towards IHG properties, Candlewood is usually my last choice. I would put this location as my TOP choice of any property, any chain. I got a call a couple of hours before arrival checking to be sure I was still coming in. Super friendly front desk which was great after 8 hours on the road. Room was very nice, clean giving a nice stay before heading onwards.

I strongly recommend this property when in the Dothan area!

The hotel location was okay, it was a little hard to see from the road. There were no carts to carry luggage to and from rooms, not good! Check-in time was extremely slow. We were told when we first arrived that it would be at least an hour. So, we left and returned about an hour later. It still took about 30 minutes to check us in after waiting in line again for a while. I thought that since we had reservations it would be much quicker. The last issue was the noise at the hotel. It was horrible! Guest were yelling in the hall, slamming doors, and such until about 1:00am. The bed was comfortable, and we managed to sleep okay after 1:00am. Not likely to return to this location.

Enjoyed a relaxing 2 night stay! Perfectly located in the heart of Dothan, AL. I will be returning! Thank you Brandy and front desk staff! Also I have never felt more safe staying here in Dothan. The front desk was willing and able to assist with any and all needs in order to make me feel comfortable and at home. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was nice. The bathroom is very big, with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a dishwasher in the room too.

This hotel was very clean and fresh. The bed slept very comfortably. The air conditioning worked perfectly and stayed on the temperature at which it was set. It was quiet, no loud noises. Parking was good.

Brandy the sales associate was amazing she bent over backwards trying to get things worked out with housekeeping. Brandy was the most nicest person at this hotel.

Jessica the manager has a aweful attitude towards some of her employees including housekeeping. Heard her several times yelling at people on phone as I walked by. She wouldn't work with us trying to make arrangements on cleaning our rooms for our nigjtshift. When we did finally get a schedule set up and they didnt stick to schedule and you say something she would catch a attitude.

The people that was working at night were always sleeping when I walked out in mornings.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was nice and clean and the room was fantastic. I got a king studio suite and it had basically a full kitchen and I loved the bathroom and the walk in shower.
