The Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in the checking in process. They offered helpful suggestions on where to dine and what to visit while in Casper.

The room was nice and very clean. The room was also insulated well so I could not hear anyone next to me.

The kitchenette was fully stocked and not missing any key items for an extended stay.

We were in town to attend my brother's funeral. The staff was very attentive and sympathetic to our needs. We were traveling with a 90 and 96-year-old plus the whole family, seven of us. We needed adjoining rooms and one had to be handicapped. This was the only facility I could find with this setup. I was Upon arrival, I was very happy. It was clean. The staff was friendly. They had a small store with snacks and amenities. They had a "cupboard" which had items you could check out for use like games to keep the kids busy. We also needed to settle my brother's affairs and the facility has a business center for the guest. We were able to meet with the lawyers and settle his affairs without getting the 90-year-old out in the cold more than necessary. We checked out of the facility and went to the airport. The United bumped the entire family due to flight delays. With a quick phone call back to Candlewood, the staff extended our stay with no questions thus removing the stress of finding rooms after United canceled our flight and could not reschedule us for 2 days. They just made our stay the best it could be under the circumstances.

After a long day of driving we stopped at Candlewood Suites for the night. The hotel lobby and the room were immaculate. The front desk staff member was welcoming and helpful. Our room was quiet and we slept comfortably that night. The mattress was not too firm or soft, the pillows were perfect! In the morning, we grabbed coffee and hit the road again. Pleasantly surprised that the coffee tasted so good, which is not our typical experience in most hotels! Will definitely try this hotel in other stops in our journeys!

Very comfortable & clean. Staff was amazing. They all made us feel welcome. Best coffee I’ve ever had from a hotel. No breakfast but there’s a kitchen in our room. So we had homemade. We will definitely return.

Another great stay at an IHG property. Special thanks to Jocelyn. It was our first trip to Casper and she made check in so easy. She also gave great info on local eateries and there are lots of places to eat right near the hotel.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was just right for us and was also pet friendly. It was a spacious room and the bedroom had a door for privacy. Refrigerator had an ice maker and plenty of room for our groceries. This room made our holiday a great one.

My daughter was able to check in early and use our points. The lady on the phone was very helpful facilitating this. Jamie said everything went well and enjoyed her stay very much.

I will be back!! Also the location of my room was nice and quiet. The ladies were very nice and friendly!! Also loved the mini apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone who has ever been in Casper.
