An excellent stay so far

I am still staying at the hotel, but I didn't want to wait until the end to share what a great time I am having. Since my arrival, the service has been exceptional: the staff is very friendly, attentive and always willing to help.

The room is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The common areas are very well kept and you can feel the effort to maintain a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

In addition, the location is very convenient, and so far everything has exceeded my expectations. If the rest of my stay continues like this, I will definitely consider coming back on future visits.

Thank you for making this trip such a pleasant experience!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed! The entire staff was exceptional but Miss Mary stands out! She greeted us and spoke each day like she was our next door neighbor! Such a nice feeling when you travel for work 8 months out of the year!
The manager (didn't get her name) was a true gem as well! We watched her work tirelessly to make things flow and interact with guests.
This location is CLEAN and the entire staff is friendly and helpful!
They also have several washers and dryers, which was a blessing!
We had a kitchen so we didn't do much for breakfast except coffee but even with just that, the breakfast workers were also so friendly.
If you want a quiet, in the corner place that feels like home.... STAY HERE!!!
We hope we get to return on our way back thru.

The front desk staff was nice and friendly NO thanks to manager Deborah Boutwell.My family and I stayed here at the hotel for months, she never greets us. The one time I asked to speak with her because there was lotion in my body wash. She told me the bottle came from the manufacturer that way. When I explained to her I know the cleaning schedule, I had body wash before I went to work and when I come back after they cleaned the room I have lotion in my body wash. After explaining everything to her then she decided to apologize. This hotel made over 11,000 from my family staying there and I couldn't get a proper apology. If you decide to stay here bring your own toiletries.

We have stayed in lots of hotels & this one is definitely top 3!! It was clean & inviting. My kids loved the indoor pool & we were able to bring our pup which was a huge plus! The breakfast was great and they kept it fully stocked! Overall 10/10!

Clean comfortable rooms, nice spacious hotel, large Pavilion for grilling and entertaining with fire pit and large-screen tv. Indoor swimming pool outdoor Sun deck. The two hotels are conjoined and function as one. Gated parking and video surveillance for added security food and shopping Shore Drive Away travel well😊

This staff is really great. Rooms are clean and have a kitchenette. So you can cook for yourself. Full breakfast buffet that is great as well. I didnt use the pool but it was clean and occupied a lot. Outside firepit under a covered Pavillion with grills and a big tv which was great for superbowl Sunday. Lots of places to eat nearby.

This was 1 of the several IHG hotels we stayed at on a 17-day trip. Clean hotel and rooms. 4 star on rooms due to firm mattress. Morning breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine wasn't working and the staff was not there. I noticed all the buffet dishes were piled high, and the food tasted like it was sitting for some time. After interrupting the front desk women from her eating breakfast in the back office (food on her face), she said the breakfast attended stocks up the food trays then leaves every morning in the middle of service to take her child to school. We were done there for about 1 hour and never saw breakfast attendant. Cinnamon rolls tasted like they were from the day before, as did the bagels. The potatoes were well under cooked, and the eggs were runny. Wanted coffee, but all the containers were empty, and the automated coffee machines were out of beans. We were there for 1 hour because we were waiting for the attendant to return. So we went down the street to a chain breakfast restaurant. This hotel needs some re-training on the front-end staff.

Our room had a kitchenette and was very spacious. Bathroom was large and had excellent lighting. Loved kitchen space. Staff was very accommodating as our original resy was made through a third party and was booked for the hotel next door, but this staff was able to get us a room while we were standing at front desk. Breakfast was excellent!
