This place is great. They are super friendly, very welcoming, very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are really really nice, especially for the low price. Everything is Very clean. The rooms are really quiet. This is an extended stay place, so there's a little kitchenette in the room which was super convenient. There's also free laundry for guests, a gym, and a gazebo. They also have a little pantry you can get laundry soap, juice, soda, and meal supplies.

We stayed here because it's pet friendly and we were stranded out of town with a pet emergency. There's a nice empty field you can walk your dogs in and you would never know that this is a pet friendly hotel because it's so quiet and so clean. I had my big 120 lb dog with me and it wasn't an issue at all. I also wasn't sure how long I was going to be staying ultimately and they were really helpful with extending that as needed. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're coming from out of town for VCA Aurora with your pets.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom's cleanliness was particularly notable, feeling fresh and well-maintained. The addition of a kitchen in the room made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. What truly distinguished this hotel was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their genuine hospitality left a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my stay. The warm, inviting atmosphere they have created makes you want to return repeatedly. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning for future visits!

The rooms are amazing. that's the first thing I would like to say. my second point is the staff. All of them from the front desk to the GM to the housekeeping they are all so passionate about their work and they really do go above and beyond for me and my crew every time we stay here. in the last 5 years. me and my crew always choose this location to stay at. the building is well kept, and the building is close to the highway and it's amazing. I would recommend this location to everyone. even if it for one night i would 100% choose this hotel to stay at then another hotel.

I would like to commend this hotel for its exceptional service. They ensured that my team and I could check in early without any issues. We all enjoyed a restful sleep in a peaceful environment with stunning views from our rooms. The rooms were ideal for us as we required the kitchen facilities provided by this wonderful hotel. When I went into the room that was given to me the room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and a pillow was on the floor. There packages of food on the table from the guests. When I went back down to the front desk to inform them of the situation the front desk could not explain why it was like that and went up to the room to check it out as if I was lying about. The second room was not much better. The lines had stains all over them. The towel bar was ripped off of the bathroom wall and the toilet paper holder fell to the floor the first time I reached to get some toilet paper. There was no hair dryer. There was little brown balls all around the perimeter of the room up against the baseboards, not sure what it was. Dirt was all up under the air conditioner on the floor. The floor clearly was not cleaned. The lid to the pot in the drawer was not cleaned it had food all over it. I took pictures of everything that was wrong. The hallways and elevator had a horrible smell. The carpets in the hallway and foyer were very dirty and needs to be cleaned. I was not offered a reduced rate for my stay nor was I given a free night. I wasn't even asked how the second room that I was given was when I checked out. I will not be staying at this location again. I even canceled a future return visit that I had booked soon after I left the hotel. This is a franchise hotel that is run by foreigners that do not care about customer service or the importance of keeping up their property.

The rooms were fantastic, and my crew and I had an amazing stay. Not only were the accommodations great, but the staff was incredible as well. The GM and front desk were extremely helpful, ensuring our rooms were ready nice and early since we were coming off a night shift. They made sure we all had rooms early in the morning, and I am super grateful for the team at this hotel location. A big thank you also goes to the cleaning staff; they really pulled through and made sure we were all set.

I had a great stay, this hotel gave me an amazing room, out of the whole area I would say this is one of the finest hotels to be at, my reasons are simple 1. rooms are well kept and are amazing, 2. the staff is very friendly but there professional at the same time, and 3. the location is amazing. it right off the highway close to Mutiple food spots and anything you its right there. I will be coming back to this hotel. I loved it truly did.

I had a great stay; the rooms were exactly as I expected them to be. There was ample space in the parking lot for my truck, and I received excellent assistance from the front desk staff regarding local dining options and other inquiries. Housekeeping did an outstanding job of maintaining cleanliness. The room was spotless, the bathroom was excellent, and the shower was nice and warm with amazing water pressure. Had a great stay would defiantly recommend this location to others.
