Loved our stay! Our host Patty really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. So nice and welcoming. Great location right by the lake. Super clean cabins. We had a great time.

Hot summer stay. Unfortunately the power was out, so no AC. But a large deck and shade umbrellas.
Nice view of Lake Almanor.
We'll equipmented cabin. One double and a bunk bed. Kitchenette with the essentials. Gas barbeque and utensils. Host was very accommodating and personable.

Our family of 4 had a delightful stay at Camp Almanor! Our air-conditioned cabin was clean, cozy, and perfectly appointed: all kitchen utensils and needs were covered and a sweet deck and propane grill meant we could prepare all our meals "at home". Comfy beds, nice linens, our kids loved the bunk beds! The camp host, Patty, was such a gem: regularly checked on us and had great advice for enjoying the lake and the area. It was a short drive to Lassen Volcanic National Park and very easy to get to the lake for swimming and boating. We hope to be back and make it a family tradition!

Stayed 2 weeks in cabin for work with the work crew, from beginning to end of our stay was awesome! Cabins are comfy and views are amazing, the host's where more than helpful, I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be bringing my family here for a Lil vacation, thank you guys for be so good to us crazy girls!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Big Springs Resort. The cabins are cute, clean, and quaint, the property was well maintained, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accomodating. Short drive to the beach and beautiful view from the cabin. It was hot, which made for warm afternoons and evenings with no air conditioning in the cabin, but it was manageable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Loved our stay.

We stayed in loft cabin #10 over Labor Day Weekend. The interior of the cabin was much nicer than the photos online. It was very clean and cozy. Fans in every room, but also a really nice breeze in the evening with windows on both sides, so the airflow was excellent. Our dog stayed with us and he liked it too! Really quiet during the day and at night, especially on a holiday weekend. Beds in the loft were really comfortable too. Nice lake view from the porch. We will definitely be back!
