Positive: Beds are comfortable. Nice lobby area and restaurant. Staff were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. They all deserve a raise. Nice modern decor. Pool is decent and functional. Adequate guest parking. Location is right across the street from TBK Center. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.||Negative: Way over priced compared to similar hotels. We paid $309 for a king suite. It's a little dingy. Hall carpets need a serious cleaning. They are stained and dirty. It's a bit noisy at times. No complementary breakfast. No sundry shop. Room not entirely clean, crumbs and a pile of cheerios on the mattress of the pull out sofa bed.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. When I had a problem they took care of it and that was it. Very nice heated pool and I got it alone to myself 2 times in a row! Though I did not have breakfast. Checkout very simple and only took a few minutes.

Do you love ants? Do you love used tampons in your shower, alongside toothpicks? Then this is the place for you! Asked for a new room for our two night stay for a tournament, and instead they asked us to leave while they spray insect killer. Returned to our room to more ants. Stayed here a year ago and this place has gone downhill fast since it opened. Also the room next to us was booted out for a plumbing issue and housekeeping left two used plungers in the hallway for about 20 hours before being removed. Gross.
Want access to their gym to get black dumbbell dust all over you? Sure thing. But your room key won’t work. You need to wait in line behind people checking in, in order to be walked there and let inside the “gym”, where drinks/water need left outside the gym. Because who would need a water bottle while working out? That’d make no sense whatsoever.

Thanks for a night of quiet, high-quality sleep at the Cambria Bettendorf/Quad Cities. We stayed here spontaneously on a road trip and arrived without a reservation. The front desk team welcomed us warmly and offered a rate that matched the lowest online rates we had seen. The property is new and very tidy. As it is located across the street from a phenomenal sports complex that hosts hundreds of athletes and tournaments annually, the hotel is equipped with an onsite washer/dryer and rooms spacious enough for gear and gear bags. Also nearby is a variety of independently owned restaurants and bars. A comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay. Keep up the great work! p.s. Also great proximity to I-80 - easy on/off access.

Stay away! Went there and had no idea it was State wrestling. Check in was absolute madness. People fighting in the hallways at 1:30 am . Heater in the room only worked from 5-7 am otherwise just made noise. Showers were not enclosed...no doors and only barn sliding style doors for the bathroom. No steam and bathroom never steamed up...not what I expected at all from what I thought was a new hotel.

This was my first real time away from home and I’m almost 50… I felt so comfortable here, everyone is wonderful. Joel and Jackie, Gerri and Jey, Jennifer and Desiree, Jessika and Kenzie. I know u am forgetting some of you and I am truly sorry, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my family these past few months. Traveling with youth sports can be undesirable, but not here. Design, form, and function come together as a perfect trifecta. Walk to everything, many options, the rooms are modern and well designed, additional comfortable chaise lounge chair huge plus. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We even enjoyed a night in the banquet room with a team dinner buffet, everyone was happy.
