This is an adorably cute little RV park right off the main Highway easy access great service affordable prices and it's super cute at night they've got lights everywhere they got pickleball they've got shuffleboard they've got mini golf really fun.

I don’t like being honest all the time because sometimes you have to say things people don’t like, this place is a dump, they recently had a resident die, they have an age minimum there but even though this woman died much earlier than expected, and her care taker had another die just before, they made an exception and allowed the care taker to move in because the woman who died willed everything to her, I think that is unfair, honor your own age rules, also it’s a very ugly place to live, watch for Corrupt Deeds, like the one who just moved in, get a real and professional caretaker.

Love this park! People are friendly. Managers made us feel welcome and definitely make this park worth staying in. During the winter season this place is completely full of some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. There are several activities throughout the winter season to keep guest entertained. The views of sunrise and sunsets are amazing. Definitely a park worth staying at. Yes, there is some road noise.

It's in the desert. Don't expect grass and lush green plants. The spaces where we were at are a bit close together. Interesting location and countryside. Management is friendly. Clean bathrooms with showers. Not sure that it's worth $50. a night (if you have more than 2 adults it's $5 more each).

CALIZONA is an RV park in Needles, Ca.
It is open year round.
There are full hookups and boon docking sites. I have not stayed during the summer months as temps can be very warm. However, there are full time residents.
The Colorado River is 3 miles away, and Lake Havasu is about 20. Laughlin, NV is 30.
A great snowbird destination. IMHO

Clean, cozy and out of the way. Many nice snowbirds in the park. With all the seasonal guests back this year it is a very friendly, busy park that is very enjoyable. 3/2/24: The park is still in good condition and vibrant with lots of winter guests. Plenty of activities from golf, karaoke, bingo and visiting.

We have had a very pleasant experience and found the managers all very friendly. The place is very well maintained and reasonably priced. They are always updating and booked in the winter.
They asked us the year of our 5th wheel and the brand before the arrival, the check in process was done in a timely fashion. The summer is off season for them.
We have a boat that we towed these as well due to being so close to Pirates Cove in Needles, CA as well. They are very accomodating to our boat and truck pulling in and being right by our trailer.
They have a nice laundry room, baths and showers were clean as well. New picnic tables that are covered, pickle ball courts etc.
We will be staying there again due to location near one of our favorite spots along the Colorado River.
