I drove there to help a friend and one lol at just the outside...I wouldn't let you pay me to stay there

This is the California Inn you want to get out of. Don’t stay here and save your money. It’s not a bad thing if you’re a landlord or landlord but you don’t want a lot more money in your home than a house is going up in price for you and the rent increases and increases over a lot in terms you have no money left to live on in a home. If you’re going out of your mind to rent it and then rent out a room in the future you will be able get a rental car in your house for free if you’re going to live there for the rest the next month and the rest the rest the month.

This place is infested with Bed Bug's and other Parasites. The room's are very dirty. The bedding is not clean, if you're lucky maybe there will be 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. There is a ice machine outside but it doesn't work. The female that works in the office can't speak English very well at all, so it's very hard to understand anything that she says and when you ask her to repeat what she said because you didn't understand, she gets mad. No phones in the rooms, in order to call the office to schedule a wake up call. There is people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. There is no assigned parking, which is real sad because you end up parking outside the property along the street. Which is not a good idea with all the shady characters running around there 24 7 and I literally mean running around 24 7. If you ask me the place should be shut down, or at least the health department should do an inspection. And to top it off they are charging $108.00 a nite, can you believe that?.

Their towels are clean & smell like the detergent! this is all around a place for that home away from home. owners are overall the friendlier faces on the 9nine.Pay your balance on time you'll be okay with them! It's a urban cultured kind of place very diverse. Not entirely modernized yet but in the process. You get what you pay for here no over priced surprises. It has potential; hopefully it expands adding more rooms. The maintenance staff are very prompt. Extremely helpful. If you seen this place before then you can see it's coming together nicely! Thanks again for all your hospitality

Manager and other employees are all exceptionally RUDE and have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, more specifically the front desk lady with the awful attitude.
Rooms not nearly clean enough for the price nor the hassle.
Drugs EVERYWHERE at this place.

Horrible. Dirty sheets, air conditioner didn't work. She got mad. When I wanted my 100 back. Had to call the police to get a refund. She kept saying do you know who my husband is? Just a nightmare.

This place is a real dumb do not go there nothing but tweakers the owners don't take care of this place is a real life dump and dirty u would think this people would come to this country and make it better no they don't they think they still live in a 3rd world country don't go

We stayed 2 days, room was ok, not great, not real bad. Not really dirty, just kinda old. Bed was ok, no bugs, held up to 3 people at once. Sheets were ok, not the softest, but like the towels, did the job, and were clean. Bathroom was ok, lots of burn marks and stuff on the counter. Not a bad place, convenient if you need to make some money. No drama, no judging, just be cool and discrete. Lots of trucks and traffic, just outside your door. A few guests helped me pick out some outfits. Schoolgirl is a hit.
