Went in last week looking for a new spa, Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. We quickly narrowed down the one we wanted, along with the accessories and made a great deal. On the delivery day he and his assistant maneuvered it back to our patio. (not an easy feat) removed the old one and hauled it away. They set everything up and tested that it was functioning.
We are truly enjoying this new spa, it's very comfortable, everything works as advertised and has turned our patio into a very peaceful oasis.

I had a hot tub issue that needed urgent attention (I had guests arriving the next day that were really looking forward to using it), and while California Hot Spas was not able to work on that model of spa, they connected me with someone who was able to show up the NEXT day and get it fixed, which was awesome. Not only that but the owner followed up with me a week or so later to see if it got fixed, even though they had not even worked on it. As someone new to hot tubs, I spent months researching and narrowed my choice down to a few based on price, capacity and features. I visited multiple retailers in the Sacramento area and ended up driving an hour north to California Hot Spas. This was a big investment so I had to get it right and the drive was worth it.

Steve answered all of my questions, and he was transparent and thorough in all of our communications. He sold me a Hot Springs Flash at a price I was comfortable with and could not find elsewhere. Delivery, set up, steps and starter kits were included. Steve and his crew did a hell of job fitting the hot tub through some narrow spots in my backyard.
