Unlike many other brands, they are made in USA and still use fiberglass backed shells rather than cheaper inferior methods. They also use the highest quality components, unlike many competitors who use proprietary equipment which increases repair costs. Cal Spas warranty is also best in the industry. The spas themselves offer more comfort and roominess than any others I have seen. I recently purchased a spa from the LA county fair from Cal Spa. Unfortunately, it had a tiny leak that was coming from the motor compartment after I filled it up. I reached out to customer service, and they were able to dispatch a technician the very next day. Their technician named Armando responded to the service call. He was very knowledgeable, and he was able to get to the problem fixed right away. This guy had over 20 years of experienced with this company. There was a small minor pinch in one of the pump gaskets. He said that this probably happened during production. This was not a major issue at all. While he was at my house, he explained all the operations of the spa, and he programmed everything on the control panel for me. This was a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the assistance.

I highly recommend Cal Spa, and Armando to anybody who is in the market for purchasing a new Jacuzzi. Cal Spa definitely takes care of their customers.

I don’t understand how a brand new $21000 swim spa was delivered broken. It’s frustrating. We took delivery using a crane (another $1000) in July and it’s been sitting there unhooked since electric work takes time. Now, this week after spending $8000 to have the electric work done. Today, we went to go fill it up and shortly after it’s starts leaking and had to drain right away to prevent internal damage. After filling it just to find out it leaks is really infuriating. It’s a waste of time, effort, & money! I’m waiting to hear back from customer service. Hoping they can fix this!

My first tub less than a year, the acrylic bubbled. They replaced it the replacement tub. Within the first 2 months had a leak, they fixed it, and then within 6 months, there's another leak, so now I have ripped and wet insulation, rusty bolts holding the pump down. And rotted, wood from it being saturated, completely unhappy with my purchase would not recommend purchasing a tub from this company

Love our swim spa. My wife and I took five years to decide which spa to purchase. She wanted a pool for swimming and I wanted spa for relaxation. We compromised on the swim spa and I was concerned about increase in electrical cost. After purchase the initial heat up was most cost and maintenance is not a huge expensive. We are both very happy with our purchase and use it daily.
