First time here and we were excited to try some new coffees but unfortunately they didn't really have any special coffee flavors They did have one with burnt sugar but it only came in iced coffee not hot. I ended up just getting a hot mocha and my daughter got a latte with added toffee nut flavor. We also tried a slice of banana chocolate chip with nuts bread and the overnight banana and chocolate oats. I enjoyed my bread but I got the end piece so it was sort of thick and not as soft to eat unfortunately but it was tasty and I would order again but ask for a middle piece. The overnight oats are just okay we would not order again but that's just our taste someone else may love them. The cafe is cute and spacious but very crowded. It was hard to find a place to sit alone. The employees were helpful when ordering but rushed us when asking suggestions or about flavors. Overall, it's a nice place for a coffee and snack while chatting or doing some work on your computer. I would go back but wish they had some original new flavor combinations for ther coffee drinks. Hint hint to the owner

Great coffee selection— something for everyone. Staff can explain menu very well if needed. Place was PACKED so if you go during rush hour it might be hard to find a seat inside. Luckily it wasn’t too cold so we sat outside. The whole place was just so charming. Loved the coffee I got but the star of the show was matcha. On the sweeter side, and that’s how we prefer it. Definitely will be coming back to try different things, even if it’s a little pricey— it’s relatively on the lower cost price and feels much more worth it.

Paradiso has my heart🫶🏻 everything about it makes it my favourite spot to visit, whether it’s to study or catch up with a friend. My favourite drink there is the honey matcha with almond milk, and their cold brew is so good even plain! That’s how you know it’s good for sure😌!! It has a nutty-almost-chocolate flavour, you don’t even need creamers or syrups to enjoy it. Also their food is very good, for example the humus wrap and the chicken salad sandwich. And my favourite thing must be the earl grey scone💝

I used to love this place, but unfortunately, I ordered a coffee here today and found multiple insects in it. I received a refund with no pushback, which was appreciated. I hope this was a one-off situation, as I've really enjoyed their coffee previously!

Cafe paradiso is a cute coffee shop where students go to study and hang out. The ambiance is nice and the baristas are all very friendly. They have a wide selection of treats and food as well as drinks. However, my iced chai latte was very watery. It didn’t taste like there was milk in it at all, just water. And my blueberry scone was a little bland and underbaked. The wait was pretty long, but not something I usually complain about except for when the product isn’t very good. Overall dissatisfied with my experience. As a broke college student it’s pretty disappointing feeling like I wasted $10.

I have been a loyal fan of caffe paradiso for three years and used to love this coffee shop, my last three experiences however have been very disappointing. On the first experience, the lady who took our order was extremely unpleasant and rolled her eyes when I asked for a mug instead of a to go cup and just overall was so unpleasant and as a shy person this made my day a lot worse and upset me greatly. On the second experience the service was fine but I ordered my favorite drink, the London smog, which was like water with a bitter aftertaste and no sweetness (nothing like the drink I love!) on my experience today, although I did receive a refund, I ordered a matcha with almond milk (I’m super lactose intolerant) the drink tasted great until half way through I realized it was regular whole milk and my stomach became extremely upset. It saddens me to write this review because I truly love this place, and this is more of a constructive criticism than an overt bad review. I just hope that these mistakes can be fixed so that people can experience the caffe paradiso I know and love…

The place was super busy and there were only 2 people ordering, serving and preparing drinks. It took too long! The pastries were cold and flavorless. Hot sandwiches are only served until 3pm. It was a bad experience. The place is cute. Period.
