So I've been going there for a while, they used to make my drink the way I'd order it but lately they haven't been putting any of the flavors I ask for. Today I ordered a coconut caramel latte sweet with whip cream and I just got the latte with whip cream but they made the other order like mine ?

1)their coffee isn't even that good, I only go because it's a nice walk with the dog to get there. 2) turns out now they "don't take walk ups". Will not be returning even in my vehicle.

Our Fraps taste and smell like their were chemicals inside our drinks. Personally, I dont think it matters what side of the car pulls up to the order window. Either driver or passenger when your dead not busy and have an attitude but still ask for a tip.

Batista was knowledgeable about different coffee recipes that weren't posted. Which is great. Very friendly. The wait was a tad long but it was a busy morning... typical prices maybe a little steep. But the girl there was professional and nice and seemed to do her job very well. Coffee there is good. mine was a little bit too sweet though. But if you like yummy sweet drinks and treats I had a sugar cookie. Great! This is for you
