Great food and fast service! I enjoyed the Veggie Crunch sandwich and the vegetarian version of the Mediterranean Protein bowl – both were delicious!
The servers were kind enough to offer us chocolate strawberries as a delightful after-dinner treat. I would definitely come back.

4/12/2025 - Found a bolt in my salad . One they was already late on orders 15 mins and when I got there. Look like a high school was running the place . The manager stated it must have been when they wash the salad this morning. I am sorry but I know if you plate the salad you can feel bolt. Definitely check your food before taking it home. I am more upset because my kids were going to eat this. Such a safety hazard.

From Wisconsin.. came to Zupas for dinner on our first night here.. in total we have visited this established 3 times durning our stay. We have tried multiple things on the menu and all I can say is we have be pleased every time. Great food, service and atmosphere. Wish we had one back home

This location is awful, every time i’ve been to this location the employees are rude and have an attitude, they all seem to hate their job. I never say anything and continue with my day but Yesterday 4/15 my partner went and picked up 2 strawberry cups, 1 dubai and 1 regular and of course he told me the employees were so rude, how hard can it possibly be to pour chocolate in a cup of strawberries ? When he arrived home I noticed there was barely any chocolate in one of the cups, all the strawberries in the middle were literally dry, for $15 a cup all the strawberries should at least be coated in chocolate.

I was looking for a restaurant to replace a different salad and soup place I favored for years but has since gone down hill with freshness and quality. Zupas is now my regular go to. Soft fresh bread for the sandwiches and the pesto chicken was so light and refreshing. Every order comes with a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry which is a great addition for people who often want desert but are trying to stay away from a high calorie desert. The salad had plenty of dressing. The fresh drinks are made from honey and do not have a corn syrup flavor. They taste like a fresh batch of freshly brewed tea. Lastly the atmosphere was clean and service was quick and friendly.

2nd time here two days in a roll because it was so good. Very friendly employees, very good salad, soup, sandwich and chocolate covered strawberry included. I had to try the Creme Brûlée Cheesecake and it was delicious, just as good or maybe better than any other higher end restaurant, but with a better price! $4.89 to be exact compared to $6+ at most places.

The manager stopped by my table and made sure my combo was to my liking. It was my first time in and he was so friendly. Nice to see the younger generation taking the time to talk to customers. Thank you Austin, the food and service was great!
