The food was absolutely delicious, I grabbed the sausage penne pasta and my gf got the raised short rib, both were so good and plenty on the plate. But what really stood out for me was the service! Our waitress looked like she was training and was very kind and stopped by just the right amount of times to see if we needed anything, and even better the young woman who poured the water made sure our waters never were empty. 6/5 stars we will be back’

Every single item from the lobster ravioli to the beef short rib was cooked to perfection. The lemon cream sauce that came with the seafood special was unique and flavorful. The appetizer sampler was heavenly. Especially the marinated, stuffed pablano peppers.

The wine selection is robust and the local red they sell in house is a bargain at 35 dollars a bottle. We were so full from the dinner we didnt get to try the dessert.

The service was outstanding, despite no reservation on a Saturday we scored a table on the second floor overlooking the restaurant. We thought we had the best seat in the house till we realized Roka has 3 stories and the third floor overlooks Bisbees main street. Incredible experience. We say top 5 meals we've ever had in terms of taste.

Enjoyed a delightful Christmas Eve dinner. The food from appetizers to desserts were over and above our expectations. Server Ben was one of the best servers we have had in some years. Keep up the great Roka dining experience. We will be back!

My wife and I have been blessed enough to be able to eat at several Michelin star restaurants and I do not say this lightly that I truly believe chef rod and his team should have a Michelin star for the experience we had.

The service from Ben was phenomenal. The atmosphere is iconic Bisbee that we could only describe as a Spanish western Gatsby.

The flavor profile of every dish along with the plating was incredible from start to finish.

We are so happy to have found this place and can not wait to come back.

A wonderful evening with my honey. Risotto, Gnocchi, salad, breads and spreads, a bottle of Pinot …all so delicious! Thank you

Cafe Roka never disappoints. The boneless short ribs and vegetable lasagna were excellent. The wine list from nearby Sonoita vineyards is wonderful and the service is truly 5 star. It's really worth the trip!

Tried out Cafe Roka for Saturday dinner, reservations required. The Cafe Roka House Red wine was decent; enjoyed the unique "breads and spreads" starter. Opted for the specials – sea bass, crab cake, jumbo prawns, and lobster ravioli. Sea bass and prawns were great, but the crab cake's seasoning was too much, and the ravioli was disappointing. Friend had the filet mignon, which was delicious, but the undercooked vegetables were a letdown. Despite the atmospheric old-world charm and excellent service, the mixed dining experience may impact a return visit. Not wheelchair-friendly.

An outstanding experience here on a Saturday evening. Arrived for our 5 PM reservation sharp. We had requested a window seat and while we did not get the first level seat that looks out through the window, we were seated on the 3rd floor which was an excellent view anyway.

Shawn was our waiter and provided phenomenal service despite the craziness of a table of 30+? on the 3rd floor; never once did he appear discomposed.

Appetizers: Short rib ravioli, and ratatouille & feta tart. Both were sublime; the short rib ravioli had the richness you expect, but the ratatouille tart had surprising breadth and depth. We were both taken aback by it.

A tiny spoon of lime sorbet in between was fun!

Hers: Filet mignon on special, on top of garlic mash and a wine reduction. Cooked to perfection, the wine reduction truly made it next level.

Mine: Seared sea bass finished in the oven, on top of crab lump risotto, paired with fresh vegetables and an aioli for dipping. The sea bass was some of the best sea bass I have ever had: firm and sweet and cooked perfectly. The crab lump in the risotto was a bit unnecessary as it made it taste like neither crab nor risotto, but I wouldn't turn it down in the future.

Dessert: Shawn let us know the chef had chosen dessert for us. It arrived without being described, but we've got a keen sense for food: strawberry shortcake with a lemon drizzle, and flourless chocolate cake with a bit of raspberry. The strawberry shortcake we both found to be a bit under par against the quality and presentation of the other dishes, but the flourless chocolate cake was excellent.

All in all, this was an excellent cap to our Bisbee weekend, and we'll definitely make a reservation next time plan a Bisbee outing.
