Wonderful Sunday brunch. Was a guest at the hotel (with better staff). It was busy so we sat at the bar. Folks were pleasant (not overly nice). Food came in good time. Coffee was strong. Because we sat at the bar we saw a lot of back kitchen handling of food and movement felt without a flow (organized chaos). Overall would visit just for the food!

Even though they serve the brunch basics, there's nothing basic about the taste. They really know their flavors here and keep a nice balance of salt, fat, acid, and heat. Getting a reservation was simple, and we were promptly sat upon arrival. Although there were only a few other patrons, our server chose to seat my party in an empty section opposite the translucent kitchen pantry wall. Typically, I would appreciate the semi-private dining, but being able to see the supply overflow really killed the vibe. Other than that, the staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout the dining experience. Thankully the tasty 😋 high-quality food arrived soon to grab our attention and knock our socks off! Many compliments to the chef for masterfully layering flavors and serving up appetizing presentations.

We had a duck hash(skillet), Robey Benedict and side of hash browns. Benedict didn’t come with any side, just keep it in mind. Sausage in Benedict was good but it was too little, duck hash was great, I hope there is more other veggies than potatoes. I usually have very blended diet cuz of reduction of consuming salt. Salt level of food was great personally. I had hot americano and my husband had hot oat milk latte. Both coffees were great, better than any coffee shop out there. I read reviews before visiting and usually no wait for breakfast/brunch but when we visited Saturday around 10am, it was pretty busy, even bar was full. We could sit right away but the table was available only an hour due to reservation. I would recommend making reservations. I would like to visit anytime soon to try other dishes.

This is the restaurant for Hotel Robey and they have an all-day brunch menu in an inviting, dark-wood-lined space with lots of big windows. It's great for treating yourself and your party to upscaled riffs on American breakfast staples.
We can recommend:
- The pumpkin muffin (not too sweet, and served warmed up so it's like eating it fresh from the oven, with a pumpkin-spice-latte whipped butter)
- Eggs in purgatory (two eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce served with calabrian sausage, ricotta, marinated tomatoes, basil, and toasted bread)
- Breakfast tacos (scrambled eggs, pork al pastor, fried potatoes, oaxacan cheese, served with a fresh, cilantro-forward avocado salsa verde)
- The breakfast plate (two eggs any style with hash browns, toast, and choice of bacon, sausage, or substitute steak for extra, which we recommend)

The food is well-made and tasty, the service is professional. We'll be coming back to try things more from the lunch/dinner side of their brunch menu.

Great brunch menu options at reasonable prices.
I have the tomato soup and cubana sandwich. Both delicious. Wanted to try their coffee and ordered a cappuccino. Also well made.

Really wanted to love Robey but maybe I visited at a bad time?
Started off very well with a great oat Chai latte and the hostess who was sweet & welcoming.
Server came and I asked if we were ready to order or needed more time. No spiel nor greet. Only saw him 3 times, when he approached us to get our order, to ask us how was the food after we were almost 70% done & to ask if we needed boxes and dropped the check. Awful service for such a lovely establishment and good food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Robey for breakfast, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and seated promptly. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing morning meal. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring our coffee cups were never empty and that we had everything we needed. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. Definitely going back!

I stopped here for breakfast when they opened at 7am. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive. I found the service and hospitality to be quite refreshing. It seems to be an afterthought in many places nowadays.

The space had been recently renovated, and it looked nice and sharp. I ordered coffee and a breakfast plate. Both were good, no complaints.
I would revisit to try other items, and would recommend this place.
