Great service and excellent Filipino sandwiches, desserts and drinks.

4-12-23. Love this place. They make their Halo-Halo a little different by using cornflakes - marketing to the kid in us. The crinkle ube cookie is so delicious. The ube cupcake with flan is delectably onolicious! Ya gotta try it!

9-14-23: Warm and friendly greeting. Love the Ube Flan Cupcakes and Calamansi Hibiscus Ice Tea drink.

1-29-25: Today, we got the Ube Leche Flan Cupcake, Ube Crinkles and Ube Butter Bar. So delish. Excellent service. Cool vibe ambiance with music in the background. Cozy.

Really bomb upside down halo halo for $9.50
Good service and great selection of pastries.

They do allow dogs in the building and this one dog was shaking its hair and scratching all over.

Terrible coffee and tea, great desserts. This was my second time here and the chai was absolutely terrible, bland and barely a step above hot milk. The last time I ate here I got a couple different desserts to try and they were terrific.

Always running out of boba! Or they never have it ready. They say it takes an hour to warm up so the first hour there’s never any boba ready and if you come later they have already ran out. Sometimes they’re even out of pastries so I’m not sure what’s happening here. It would be nice if they opened a little earlier, they open so late. Being right next to a school I would think they would get some good traffic in if they opened earlier.

Your place for your ube cravings. Ube shakes, ube cupcakes, ube cookies, ube lattes, ube milk teas and more. The ambient is relaxing. The one where you can order a drink and do some work. The staff were amazingly friendly and patient. I know that their cookies and cupcakes are a hit at my place of work.
