Cafe 86 specializes in Filipino inspired desserts with a focus on ube (purple yam). Friendly staff, fun and modern atmosphere. Cool AC for a hot summer day, lots of seating and parking. Decent prices and sizes. We tried their ube flan cupcake (the flan was rich and decadent, cupcake moist and flavorful—not too sweet!).

Also tried their mango slush, chamoy edition (chamoy is a Mexican sauce usually spiced with chilis—tasted salty/sour). The mango slush itself was delicious, the chamoy added a nice contrast but there was way too much poured into it and it completely overpowered the drink. Would recommend having much less added to your drink, or getting it on the side to see if you like it. Seems like you can’t really go wrong with the menu so try something you like! Would definitely come back.

Great First Impressions... Especially if you're a fan of Ube!

Orders the Ube Latte, and Flan Ube Cupcake... Soo delicious.
My SO ordered the Green Rose milk tea. That drink was equally delicious!

The aesthetics and vibe of the place is awesome. Cozy, with good music. Love the low key car and nerd vibes. I mean, it's called Cafe 86 lol

The only thing that makes me sad about this place is that I wish I discovered it sooner!
Highly recommend this place for drinks, and snacks.

My Ube shake felt more like a slush. It was very overpriced, almost $9 for a medium size. The ube flan muffin was missing the ube flavor, the flan was pretty good.

Well designed coffee shop with sandwiches and pastries. The seating area is very comfortable with large couches and there are plugs available for those who need a place to recharge

Never had ube before. I was recommended the ube monster and was not disappointed!! The ube poptart was also delicious! Can't forget the ube leche flan cupcake!! Super delicious and will definitely visit again!!
