The staff here is very helpful! I've been several times, and they let me know when I tried to order something that wasn't going to be good, they did a great job taking my specific orders, and they have the best sweet potato fries I've ever had! The only downside is the beverage selection, they only have diet Pepsi, and it tastes a little weird!

The older woman waitress was so sweet. I wish I could remember her name. She was so very kind, She was running back and forth to tables but she still made our visit easy and fast. It was so enjoyable to be there for lunch today. My family, friends and I will be back. Try the chicken and dressing Thursday special dinner. It was excellent.

Food is always good. One of the best burgers and some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. They have weekday daily affordable specials, for some it might lack variety but it's affordable and they will treat you like family.

It's locally owned and operated. Go in with a patient mind and enjoy a diner like meal.

I picked up lunch here for the fam. Mom passed away on the 9th. We were all at her house going through her things and everyone was hungry. I wanted to buy local food instead of going to a big chain and Cafe 72 was close by, so Cafe 72 it was.
I called the order in for pickup and the voice on the other end was so polite and helpful. Not to mention it was a big order and we got everything we asked for.
The bacon cheeseburgers are big and delicious! May, lettuce, tomato ,bacon and cheese of course. The buns are heated on the grill which, to me, sets the whole burger off. We ordered three of those. My wife, my nieces boyfriend and I ordered them.
The crispitos are big and packed with beef. My little sister and brother-in-law ordered those. We asked for a side of cheese and sour cream and we got it.
My niece got the BLT with a side of mayo and her little boy got the kids corndog meal. He ate it up, too ?
The atmosphere was welcoming and as I looked around the dining room I saw some veterans sitting around eating, which I loved seeing. It gave me the feeling that this place is appreciative, thankful and respectful of our great country's veterans.
Cafe 72 has great food y'all. I didn't get any pictures this time, sorry. Go by and eat there. From looking at the online menu they have a lot of great food to choose from.
This order came out to around $47...to feed 7 people! You will not go to the big chain restaurants and feed that many people with such a small bill. I was amazed at this and I am so glad we chose Cafe 72 for lunch that day.

Their Tuesday special 1 drink, side salad , spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic toast and a slice of cake all for $10. It was absolutely delicious and our sweet waitress was the best and very helpful with showing us the menu. We will absolutely be coming back! Definitely a great bang for your buck!

Came here for lunch with my parents on Tuesday. Comfy spot with simple but tasty meals.

This definitely feels like a local spot -- lots of workmen and people who seemed to know the waitstaff. Menu consists of classic American fare, like burgers, patty melts, and chicken tenders. Fries, onion rings, and tater tots for your sides! They also offer daily lunch specials; on Tuesday it was spaghetti and garlic bread, but other days have plate lunches like country fried steak. This appears to be a pretty popular deal -- lots of spaghetti coming out of the kitchen!

Our waitress proudly explained how they hand patty the burgers and hand bread the tenders, and how the salads are made with freshly pulled lettuce. She also told us she'd worked there a long time. Love a place that retains employees! Says a lot. Our waitress did a good job, too.

My parents both ordered a hamburger and split an order of onion rings. I was gonna go in on a burger but couldn't resist when I heard the tenders were hand-breaded. So I had chicken tenders with fries.

The burgers were great! Parents said they reminded them of old-fashioned diner burgers. My tenders were also good: crispy breading and all white meat. The onion rings were crunchy and the fries were crinkle cut and of ample portions.

My complaints are generally small, but for what they are: wish the tenders, fries, and rings had been a little saltier, and I wish the ranch for dipping was a little thicker and less herby (kinda tasted like salad dressing ranch rather than buttermilk). Still, minor in the grand scheme of things!

We had a variety of things from the menu and the daily specials! It was delicious and the server, Brenda, was wonderful!! We had fried pickles, onion rings, burgers, salads and chicken sandwiches. Chicken and stuffing was the special! German chocolate cake was fabulous too!!

Oh my my my!!!! Love this! Small town local establishment. Fantastic chicken dressing, mash potatoes cranberry sauce and green beans with a fresh lightly buttered roll! Yummy! And for dessert, homemade iced banana cake! Sweet tea to perfection... Menu is limited though, but I'm certain everything is just as great as the nights special! Sad to see that they are not open for breakfast, but they open at 10 am for lunch and dinner! Can't wait to go back!!! ? ?
