Its 3-22-25 and they have been open 2 months since January 2025 and its buzzing in here with people and they open til 12am. It’s very aesthetically pleasing here! The drinks, ambience, desserts. The staff Denise and Aziz are wonderful and unique. Denise and Aziz are very sweet staff. Aziz also makes the artistic designs in the lattes. See his work in my pics! The lattes are so good! Pistachio flavors too! Free and plenty parking, lots of space, very bright lighting and beautiful light hanging from the ceiling, high ceiling cabin feel top, sockets for charging devices, comfortable and modern seating… beautiful trays the food comes in! And I love the firehouse looking glass door where it will be open in spring and summer for outdoor seating. Love it here and must return.

Beautiful cafe with a serene ambiance. They have a variety of desserts and baked goods. I got the Baklava Bite (Pistachio flavor) and Hazelnut Beignet. I also asked them to make pistachio latte with tea base instead of coffee. Not a norm but they happily made it and it turned out to be amazing.

It’s a new cafe (born Jan 2025) and it’s amazing. Highly recommend.

This place is newly opened and I went for the first time. I liked it from the moment I entered. It’s spacious, the colors inside are very inviting. It’s one cleanest places I’ve ever been. People who work are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. It’s not overcrowded. The music is instrumental and not loud. The coffee tastes just lovely. Dubai chocolate - amazing! Definitely coming back and soon!

What a little gem! The space is airy, clean, and modern. The staff was exceptionally sweet and explained available options. We went with the pistachio latte, which was amazing!! The presentation was impressive. Smooth with a pistachio flavor that wasn't overwhelming. And the pastries were yummy, there was even a vegan option.

Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, super friendly staff, and a locally owned cafe. Great variety of products, Delicious food and scrumptious coffee. Excellent prices. Highly recommend checking this place out.

The amazing owners at Cultura Subs are the ones who runs this Cafe. Not surprised by the amazing customer service, ambience, and GREAT coffee/tea/pastries.
A family owned business will always have a special feel to it and this place def has it vs all the big franchised places. Looking forward to being a regular here at Cafe 44!

Really cute place and the staff is so sweet and hospitable. The pastries are as good as they look and the coffee was so carefully crafted **just look at that drizzle** my favorite pistachio latte in the area for sure and definitely found my new regular spot!
