Great place for quick weekend getaway in Bay Area. Beautiful drive no traffic. The hotel very nice and clean. South tower very new smell new house. Big swimming pool and spa. Nice concert and entertainment. Casino very nice , you can win big! Highly recommended.

This is only for the lack of customer service from the hotel receptionist. I was calling in for hotel availability mind you I know the chances are slim for Valentines day but I had some birthday plan changes. She proceeds to ask for my priority number and I say I do not have one, before I can finish what I was going to say she blurts out "we're fully booked" cutting me off from my following question. I feel like she could have informed me in a polite manner that unless your a priority member they have nothing available for this date, which would have landed much better.

I like this Casino. I love the Asian fusion restaurant. It's worth the trip just to eat there. The casino is spacious and clean. I like the set up with the stage and bar. It's easy to access and get drinks and music plays in the back while you play. I've never won big here so I don't know if the payouts are worth it.

The rooms were expensive but easy to find. Very clean and nice. The location of the casino is far and isolated. That's my biggest draw back. It's more than 2 hrs away from San Jose. Overall I have a good time here.

Hubby and I just went for one night, but would absolutely go back! Rooms are very reasonably priced, quiet, clean and spacious. Hotel itself was really nice and well kept. Everyone working there seemed super nice. Casino was pretty large with tons of games but NOT tons of smoke! We were amazed the next morning that our clothes did not smell of smoke at all! Property grounds are expansive with gorgeous views.

Every time I go to cache Creek to spend a weekend or two days with my wife we have some of the best memories and fun with a lot of helpful waitresses staff valet parking and more we have never had a bad experience at cache Creek and never plan to we've been going to cache Creek for over 9 years now.

The last time we were there I played the slot machine 10 minutes after arrival and hit a 1300 jackpot I love cache Creek they know how to make you feel like winners.

Went for a show with a bestie and truly enjoyed ourselves. Loved the lounge by our room. It was a quick trip, and our room was amazing with an outside balacony lounge area.

The location is a little out there, the weather was cold but I bet this place is nice during the summer. I'm not a huge casino person, but we had fun at a few tables and machines.

I think the only complaint was on the food. Tried the buffet, and it was OK. Nothing really looked appeasing.

CACHE CREEK WHY ARE YOU SO GREEDY Nobody can convince me that management, or whoever, hasn’t tampered with their machines BECAUSE THE PAYOUTS SINCE LAST MAY HAVE BEEN DISMAL. A location so far with so little reward is big screw you to your loyal customers. Im no novice when it comes to playing - I can tell when not one, not 5, like almost every machine just takes and doesn’t give back. Multiple times on bets that garnered a bonus round, mind you these are bets that have paid decently in the past, the bonus spin will fizzle and the win will be in the single or low double digit range. Their parking lot is empty. People are catching on how fraudulent their payback % is. Take tonight, empty lot on a Saturday night? Something better change or the place will dry up. People just losing left and right nobody’s happy people look bored. They look frustrated this place is a shadow of its form self. Machines used to pay out but they haven’t paid out consistently now for 10 months. The economies is about to take folks steer clear of the casinos because they are not a place to win money anymore. It is modern day theft at its finest.

Beautiful location. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful casino. Delicious food. We upgraded to the executive suite. Lovely view of the orchard and hills. Great for a quick getaway. Side note... we didn't win any $$$ 😆
