Smaller RV campground, but not many options. NO WIFI. Tight spaces. Only two community fire pits. Poor Verizon cell service.
Some spots have full hookups. Some just electric and water. The price was reasonable at $40. Cash only.
On the river. Thankfully, not many mosquitoes for late May.

A small, older park on the river with smaller than average full hook up sites. No Wifi and cell data availability depends a lot on your carrier. Toilet/shower suites are very dated but clean and functional. There is a laundry and some tent sites. It’s about 50 miles from Fairbanks and significantly cheaper than RV parks in that area. This location is “in the woods” so the mosquitoes are up to the infamous Alaskan standards.

|A short ways outside Fairbanks is the C Lazy Moose RV park where we stayed as tent campers. It is a smaller RV park with a tent section in the back.|Prices are quite reasonable.||Jim, the host, was a social and friendly guy. They have a general store which offers the basics together with snacks and ice cream .||They have toilets/showers which were fine but the significant issue for us was the water which had a high iron content and smelled of sulfur. It was difficult to drink. Jim suggested using the white tank closest to the office which had a softener filter but we still struggled with the taste.||I'd recommend the sites (and Jim) but try the water before you fill your tanks.

Stayed here this past summer, the drive out to this location is about an hour from Fairbanks. The owners are very friendly, the shop is lovely, they have some good ice cream. The RV park itself could use some work, its quite rustic. But this is Alaska, so that's alright.

Owners very friendly. Facility is quite adequate and quiet. Spur of the Tanana River borders property and provides a very natural atmosphere. Lot is carved out of wild forest and doesn't have much going for it. That being said this is still a fine place to overnight on the way to destination.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks from North Carolina to here and this is by far our favorite campground we have stayed at. Well kept..clean..quiet and extremely friendly and helpful staff/owners. We could not have picked a better place to stay for a week. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
