My husband and I just got married at Butler’s Courtyard last month, and honestly could not have had a better experience! From our initial visit, to the wedding day itself, Butler’s wonderful and experienced full service team made sure that our perfect day was 100% stress free and completely seamless. Our coordinator, Amber, was on top of every minor detail and went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. The all-inclusive aspect they provide is unmatched and allowed us to build and create our own, unique, dream wedding alongside our wedding coordinator. As a treat for signing up within the week, Butler’s provided the girls with mimosas and pastries, and the boys with beers of their choice. Every vendor we used, we met through Butler’s Courtyard and we received exceptional service from each one! My husband and I did not have to make any cold calls or do any “extra lifting” when researching and choosing our vendors, everything was very clear and concise. Butler’s also handled any major communication between preferred vendors and made the process completely stress-free! As a bride, I got to come in and plan my decorations, flowers, music etc., without the stress and hassle of the planning and organization! The venue was also decorated for Christmas, creating a feeling of a luxurious Christmas party (and an amazing first family Christmas card!) All in all, we would give Butler’s ten stars if we could. They didn’t just host our event, they made our dreams come true. I truly do not believe we could have had this smooth and amazing of experience anywhere else!

Outstanding full service venue with historical charm. The owner and all team members are dedicated to a positive customer experience. I attended a wedding here and was blown away by the experience from beginning to end. Ample parking, multiple venues, and a bit of local history.

Shawna was excellent as the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. She kept everything flowing at a steady pace. The venue is beautiful and the fact that there are two separate places for the bridal party and the grooms party to get ready without the worry of the groom and the bride seeing each other before the actual wedding ceremony is wonderful. The weather was nice for the outdoor wedding of my daughter's dreams was wonderful. The food was great and the bar was spectacular. The my tab reached the set amount the bartender came and got me so I could close out my tab. I would definitely recommend Butler's Courtyard for any event.

If I could give 10 stars I would. What an amazing experience. Butlers planned our wedding in 4 months and it went off without a single hitch. As a bride and groom what more can we ask for. It was everything we dreamed it would be and more. Shawna was an absolute amazing person to work with, she brings such an incredible energy that just created the most memorable and exciting experience. Amy was so calming during the ceremony and so thorough (I’m a checklist kinda girl) and the entire butlers team exceeded expectations. We were catered to all night, we did a walk through before it all began to make sure it was to our liking, the cottage to get ready our stylist loved it! Great space! Janice officiated our ceremony and she was just the sweetest person. The food was delicious, most people do not expect that from wedding food. Bar service was quick and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend this all inclusive venue and there isn’t a single thing we would change. Thank you Butlers for making our dreams come true <3

We had the most beautiful & perfect wedding at BC on December 6! It was well organized, seamless & just overall perfect. As stressful as wedding planning can be, I really can’t even say it was bad considering the team at butlers basically handles everything for you. The venue is gorgeous & rustic & they can make your vision come to life for what ever you’re looking for. Amber was our day of coordinator & was amazing & kept us on time & in order at all times without it being stressful. I really can’t thank Amber & her team enough for making our day so easy & fun & beautiful. I’d do it over again 100 times if I could. HIGHLY recommend Butlers Courtyard for any couple!!!! We will remember it forever. ♥️

BC was the BEST place to have our wedding! Not only is the venue dreamy but the team is beyond incredible! Since Day 1 of coming into contact with Amber, we felt so well taken care of and every member that we met after made sure we felt that same way - Shawna & Lindsey. My biggest fear was not finding a venue that was LGBT+ friendly and I was blown away with how nice all of the BC staff were to us. Our Wedding Coordinator/Planner, Sarah, was a beacon of peace every time we had a freak out moment regarding details and questions - because of her, we woke up the next day wanting to do the wedding day all over again. BC also made it SUPER EASY with decor and other vendors - they had everything in-house or a list of preferred vendors. While it is an all inclusive venue, we still got to pick the vendors that worked best for us and all of their vendors were quality vprofessionals. Also want to give a shout out to Allie who was the second on command for our wedding and was always just so ready to jump in to help! Thank you BC, we are beyond grateful to have worked with you all and we hope that the business continues to receive blessings because you guys are great people. Thank you thank you!

Butler's Courtyard we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for creating the most beautiful day of our lives! Our wedding was more than we could have imagined and that is thanks to not only the professionals from Butler's Courtyard (Amber, Shawna, and the entire team), but the EXTRODINARY Friendors (Vendors) that we worked with as well.

The entire experience was flawless and handled with a white glove approach. Our Guests are still commenting on how beautiful and elegant the venue is. Butler's Courtyard truly is an all-inclusive, with added upgrading options if you choose. Shawna and her team did an amazing job with the flow of our event and providing us and our Guests with an experience to remember for a lifetime!

In addition, the two locations onsite to get ready and host your wedding party in was phenomenal! Other places do not have the large spaces that Butler’s provides – An entire cottage for the ladies and an entire Groom Cave for the guys, that they were so appreciative of. They had a chance to relax, stretch out, bond and shower if needed.

We do see future bookings with this venue for anniversary and other special event parties. That is how much we enjoyed having our wedding hosted here!
