I originally rated Busters a 4/5 and have been there many times for work and regular visits.
The customer service has continued to decline. When I notified them on their survey request about why my experience was not satisfactory, they told me I "should expect to wait."
I've worked in BBQ places in the past and one great thing is the convenience of low prep times, so a brisket sandwich should not take 20 min to make, and they should at least come out chopped when you requested it.
Portions have continued to get smaller and prices increased. Paid over $90 for four people with no drinks. it would have been better spent on groceries.
Im giving the food 2/5 because it wasn't the worst but it wasn't par for what they've served before. They put slaw next to the buns so the buns were soggy. Meat not trimmed, I Chopped it myself in the picture after trimming it and it was barely enough to fit on a 3" bun.
Everything needs a good wipe down in there too.
I hope they'll do better because i want to see small businesses succeed, but I won't be back.

I gave them a second chance today 5/20/24 and ordered a baked potato with pork. Service is still slower. The potato I received was not washed and there was dirt in the foil.

We are new to the area and I saw the pennant flying by the road and whipped into the parking lot, for lunch. Who doesn't love good BBQ? Then I opened the car door and WOW...the aroma made me instantly start salivating. Sadly (or luckily for my indecisiveness) they were already out of ribs (they must be AMAZING) so I ordered the pulled pork and brisket platters with slaw, Mac & cheese, beans, and potato salad.

While checking out I chatted with the great folks behind the counter. Their friendliness, passion, and great positive energy were just as welcoming as the food turned out to be.

It melts in your mouth, and the sides were perfectly balanced in flavor. I am more of a pork guy and it was perfectly smoked, charred and flavorful. My wife loves brisket and she said it was better than one of our very favorite places back home!

We will ABSOLUTELY be back, not just for the food, but also the conversation!

I was really excited to try this place! The menu has some fantastic concepts! Like the brisket Philly and the brisket sammich with pimento. That’s what we had- the wife had the pimento, I had the Philly, and we shared some nachos. All of which left us less than impressed. The meat was cooked well- very tender- but no flavor. The bark was tasteless and the sauces just didn’t have enough to carry the load. I feel like this place could be good- just needs to kick it up on the flavor with fresher seasonings and a bit more wood in the Southern Pride smoker.

I got 2 kids' menu items. Chopped chicken and 2 ribs with both sides of fried okra. I got sweet sauce as my BBQ sauce. Omg! I love the sauce. That was some of the best chicken I have had in a while. Ribs, not so good. They wore a bit tough, and it's going to be hard for me to digest. They didn't have much seasoning on. When I come back, I'm getting the chicken. That was season nicely and very moist. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back.

I got the BBQ burger, my dad got the small pork plate, he didn't eat it all but he let me have it. Their pork plate is supreme, you can pick sweet or tangy sauce, I loved it, going back next week. This was my second time here. Just want to say, these bad reviews are bizarre.

we stopped in on our way home from the beach. we were so pleased with the food. we had the brisket platter and the owner shared that the potato salad was his grandmas recipe. we also had the cole slaw and fried okra! it was so delicious! we’ll be back!
