I was not expecting to have the best bbq ive ever eaten in my entire life when i pulled over at a feild by a highway on my way to town. I am appaled at the quality of the tender, juicy, delicious meats, better sweet potatoes than my maw maws(rest her soul) and green beans so flavorful i could eat them for a main course. Ive traveled all over this country, from northern Maine to southern California and Wisconsin to Alabama and every place in between. And THIS. This little tent on the side of the highway was the best bbq ive ever tasted. A national best. My taste buds thank yall for the expireience. And i thank you for the reminder that incredible things can come from unexpected places.
