10/10 service, staff, and environment everything is amazing I wish I could live here.

I went for a spa manicure and the nail tech was so nice and kind and did a wonderful job. The nail polish is organic so it doesn't smell like chemicals when you're in the nail room.

Got a massage and same thing my massage therapist was so kind and made me feel very comfortable and the massage was so relaxing.

Last service was a spa bath, and it was so comforting and relaxing. The person who made my bath asked me if I needed any changes and I did. I wanted it colder and she fixed it with no problem. She served me tea and fruits and I just felt so pampered and relaxed.
IMPORTANT: You have to call to schedule it. You can't do it online.

I ended up staying there for about 6 to 7 hours and the time went flying. There's so many amenities to use while you're waiting for your services so you can book them far apart and it's not an issue. They have cucumber water, which is so refreshing orange water, which is my favorite and a bunch of fruits. You can snack on while waiting. It also very clean there are cleaning staff walking up and down the lobby the locker room everywhere so it's very clean. It's so amazing. Everybody was very respectful. I am thinking about getting a membership for me and my husband.

This was my first time to Burke Williams and they didn’t disappoint. I was able to easily book an appointment for 7 girls online as we came for my friends bachelorette party.

I recommend coming at least two hours before your scheduled service to use the day spa room which includes a jacuzzi, a steam room, and a sauna.

I did the pure relaxation spa with Raul and I haven’t felt this relaxed in awhile. One of the better massages I have had in awhile.

I enjoy that you can use some of their products while you are there such as their shampoos, conditioner and styling cream.

I deducted one star for the service and follow up. I never received any email reminders or phone calls about the services and I wish they had a system to follow up and remind people.

Loved this spa and experience! I’ve been to several different location but this one was so beautiful and serene. The staff went above and beyond and my masseuse had anointed hands. She really was so sweet and it didn’t feel rushed at all. The hot tub in the dark room ‘under the sky’ was so relaxing and set the tone for the experience. The spa water and tea were so refreshing. Will definitely be back!

Where Membership Doesn’t Always Matter

I arrived at Burke Williams Woodland Hills this morning, anticipating a relaxing spa experience. I had visions of being welcomed warmly and pampered in luxury. I’ve been a member for over 5 years, so the bar had already been set. At Woodland Hills today I was very disappointed. I arrived at 9:00 am to find the door locked. I waited outside along with another customer. When the employee opened the door, she did not acknowledge us as we stood there, clearly visible through the glass doors. She unlocked the door, and instead of opening the door to welcome us and apologize for being late, she turned her back on us and took her position behind the counter. That felt awkward because it was not my usual experience with BW. The second disappointment came at the counter. I had booked a spa pedicure and expected a first class customer experience. I was not offered a locker, so when I asked for one I was told that if I book a service under $100 I am not entitled to use the spa amenities. I was shocked. I told her I was a member ($115 per month) and asked if that made a difference. The answer: NO. She said she would make an exception just this once, but I should keep it in mind for the future. I certainly did not feel special today. I did not feel appreciated. I am seriously rethinking my membership because apparently, at Burke Williams, membership doesn’t always matter.

My lengthy overdue review for Burke Williams Woodland Hills! I have been a Deluxe member for the past 19 months. The first year was a gift, and then I couldn't stop, so I continued the membership. I alternate each month between a facial and massage. The spa is clean, staff is personable and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

I have tried quite a few massage therapists and each have crafted their skill, but I have my favorites. Both Linda & Breezy have been my go to for the 80 min massage that always leaves me in bliss.

My facialist is Lena, who is a top notch esthetician! She knows her products, skin, and has excellent technique. I was an esthetician for ten years, so finding someone with her sweet disposition and expertise was a must.

I highly recommend this spa!

Please open a location in Nashville, TN! I I moved to TN and just came back to LA for a trip and obviously made Burke Williams a priority. I love this place so much. The jacuzzi, steam room, ice room, sauna, showers, and of course the massages! The showers are heavenly and you truly feel like this place is a getaway. I really hope they expand out of CA. Come to Nashville please!
