First of all, make sure you don’t let Ally charge your card cause she will cancel your reservation you had booked for 10 months. We have stayed here several years, always booking our spot a year in advance. Ally cancelled our upcoming stay for 9/2023 because “she got a better money offer/opportunity & has to look out for herself.” All 20 of us had many busy lives that we organized for this trip to be called by a neighbor of the B&B (Colleen) to be told about our cancellation. The owner ally said, “Colleen was better with words” when I asked why we didn’t hear it from the owner herself. Unprofessional, full of spiders, zero customer service. Intrusion of your privacy by the neighbor and let’s not forget.. she will treat you like garbage for a better dollar! Don’t risk it!!!!! Stay somewhere else.

We loved our room! Darling bathroom and a fireplace too. Side door went out to patio with glider swing. We enjoyed that in the late evening and early morning. Continental breakfast was ok. It was in walking distance to downtown. They do need new blinds. We found the room clean otherwise! Friendly owner.

Our trip was to visit the Gran Canyon via the Grand Canyon Railway. We wanted to be within walking distance of the depot. The price was best in town for a bed and breakfast. We met travelers from Europe and Japan while there. Very nice conversation with the other guest and the couple we were with. Allie was a great and fun host. Everything was ready upon our arrival and each morning at breakfast. Mary’s eggs with spinach were awesome. ||||This is a house that’s been converted to a B&B so some rooms are large and some a bit small but it was quiet and comfortable. The sheets on the beds were nice!||||They have pretty good WiFi. ||||Best thing was the hostesses and meeting new friends from around the world.

We booked a room for 2 nights here. My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and had planned to ride on the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams. The hotel and rooms were shoddy. The bed was lumpy, the water trickeled out of the shower. The toilet was so low that my parents needed to assist each other just to stand up. In the morning, no one could be found to make the "raved about excellent breakfast." Coffee was available, from a machine that had been programmed to have it ready. Stale danish and some cold hard boiled eggs were all that could be found to eat. After finding no one, my parents left and went out to McDonald's for breakfast.||I called the Buffalo Pointe Lodge later that morning to complain. My parents wanted to stay somewhere else for that second night, but the owner refused to refund our money and even hung up the phone on me.||Don't go here!

My husband and I brought our sons for the first time to the Grand canyon and we stayed in this great b&b. We had 1 queen & 1 full downstairs by the kitchen. It was Clean, quiet, walkable to everything, free breakfast, friendly staff & guests. We will definitely be coming back.

The location is great and the furnishings are cute but, when we got in the room and settled in we noticed the thick dust on the blinds that were falling apart. They had several chunks that have broken off. The sheets and pillows did not smell clean, they smelled like "people" as my daughter said. Her roll away bed smelled that way as well. We realized after a few hours that the exhaust fan from our bathroom was exhausting in the hallway out side of our room. That is not pleasant. Did not have the breakfast there since it did not start until 8 AM and we needed to head out early to get to Grand Canyon. Other than the location it was not what we had hoped for. Maybe if we stayed in a different room with clean pillows and sheets it would have been better.

Very disappointed with our stay back in April 2019. I realize that this house was built 100 years ago but everything else doesn't have to be kept old, stained and worn out... like the towels, carpet, mattress and the bedding. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the water pressure and tempeture was not impressive. The flooring and stairs creaked so much that I thought we might break through the flooring. The breakfast was not appealing what so ever so we decided to eat at a local restaurant instead. The only positives were that it was centrally located, nice pine tree in front with a cute baby buffalo figure, and it was easy to check-in/out. However, I would not stay at this inn again.

At arrival there was an envelope with my name on which had the key for my room. We arrived later on the evening (9pm) so having no one at the reception was fine. We went into our room, which was old, broken, worn out and in general not a nice place to stay. WIFI was not reliable, only worked very close to the door, otherwise the signal was too weak (internet speed was very slow). We tried with 3 mobile phones and a laptop and working in IT for over 15 years I can comfortably say, the WIFI network was absolutely rubbish. Our room (Room 3) was accessible through the kitchen, so after arrival we heard some people talking in front of our door, we went out to see if it is anyone from the reception. (I wanted to ask about the WIFI). It turned out to be there were other guests as well, looking around. They arrived hours earlier however there was no one at the property either. Their TV did not work, and their room was similarly bad. They were shocked by the state of the property. It was such a strange feeling that guests were walking around in a hotel/motel where no staff were present and shared their bad experiences upon arrival. When we went to sleep I could hear someone was doing the dishes (or doing something similar) in the kitchen for a long time, I was about to go out and ask them to be quiet, so we could sleep - as my 4 year old could not fall asleep because of that. By that time, the noise has stopped. The next day, we went out for breakfast, it was said between 7-9, but when we went there around 8am there was just basic breads and butter and orange juice etc put out on a table. A bit later a woman came (receptionist?) and started making some egg but it took absolutely AGES. She did not say a word to us, did not mention she is making eggs, we found out because we saw here doing that. I had the feeling she was deliberately delaying it so we would leave before it is done. After breakfast we left as fast as we could, I had to pay for the room - as it was not yet done - and paid for the same lady at the reception desk. If I could give ZERO stars for this place I would. Dirty, old, broken rooms and chairs, disgusting bathroom and "delayed" breakfast, with pretty much no internet. Horrible place, would not recommend anyone to go there
