Rooms were relatively clean. Heat was not working in both of our rooms. Called front desk the first night and was told they didn’t have extra blankets. Called my friend in another room ha said to turn in the shower to heat up the room. Then the fire alarm started going off. So I pushed the button on the alarm and turned off the shower. The next day I went to the housekeeper and got a blanket. That night I turned the shower on for a short time to warm the room. The next morning I took a shower and the fire alarm started going off again. I pressed the button again and it wouldn’t stop. I took out the battery and it wouldn’t stop, I removed the cover and it wouldn’t stop. When I got dressed I went out and told the maintenance guy, then went to the office and told them. There were a couple of men there that looked like owners. I was told that it was my fault and that I should immediately call the front desk. I was told the heat and the alarm was fixed. Got back to the room that night and the heat was not working. I called the front desk. She accused me of lying and not reporting the problem soon enough. She also warned me not to run the shower because I had damaged the room. I called back and asked if I could take a shower. She said yes, but not to heat the room. I took a shower and when I finished I called back to get her name as she was extremely rude and the owner/manager person and told me to always get the persons name. She refused to give me her name and told me that she didn’t want me on her property. The cops showed up a few minutes later and said I had to leave. Don’t ever stay here. Prices are cheap and rooms were clean enough but clearly they have not maintained the systems to work properly. This is the damage they said I’d done when you can clearly see there was water leaking above this area that they had scrapped the paint off of. Do not stay here.

The heater doesn't work, but the bearing going bad in the fan let's you it's on. The shower leaks like a sieve, the smoke alarm went off while I was in shower. Steam? There were two little towels, nothing else.
I'm disabled and was given a room as far from the parking lot as you can get.
What a place. Devoid of customer service.
Nobody answers the phone.
Crackheads running around.
The tattooed woman who checked me was rude, suspicious, and maybe on dope.
I stay at a lot of motels, and this is right at the bottom. I don't recommend you stay here.

This is by far the worst place I've stayed, ever! Health and human welfare violations. Rude, abusive, downright mean staff. They refuse to help accommodate in needs, a/c doesn't work, refuse to look at or move to another room. Blames the guest for breaking things. Hides behind the fact that management isn't around, and refuses to call them.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The service is awful. The woman at the front desk is rude and argumentative. The air conditioning in the room did not work. I was sweating in the room during my stay when it was in the 40's. The room was dirty and was falling apart. Good customer service is non-existent here. I know this isn't the Hilton, but just being kind and understanding should be a given at any business. Seriously, don't make the same mistake I did go anywhere else.

Hotel is a dump. AC in the room doesn’t work and front desk worker tells me it is because they had an unusually warm day on 2/2/25. Total BS. I also had issues with getting into the room due to the door handle being very lose but again an excuse from the front desk gal saying they are all like that. I asked if maintenance could look at the issue but she didn’t know if the maintenance worker was there or coming o to work. She was a down right rude to me and if she thinks this hotel is top notch then I would hate to see the place she calls home.

Positive: The maids and cleaning staff were absolutely fabulous. Negative: The front desk staff were absolutely horrific. There was no attempt to help us with several things that were wrong with the room. We had several runs and had to go back to our front desk to get our keys every night as our locks did not work properly.

Just thinking about returning to this hotel makes me shudder. It was the most horrifying night of my life.

When we arrived, there was a sign at the reception saying, “Back in 10 minutes” — but there, 10 minutes means over 2 hours! We tried calling the receptionist, but she hung up on us. So, we waited for more than two hours just to check in. When she finally returned, reeking of marijuana, she scolded us and claimed she had only been gone for 5 minutes. We felt like we were in a bad movie.

The room we received only confirmed our worst fears about this dump. The toilet was still filled with remnants from the previous guest, a towel lay crumpled on the floor, hair was scattered all over the bathroom, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The door wouldn’t close properly, the air conditioning smelled like rotten eggs, and the bed had stains — and frankly, I don’t want to imagine what kind of stains they were.

Despite the empty parking lot, the hotel claimed there were no other rooms available. We ultimately decided to sleep in our car.

I would rather be homeless than spend another night in that filthy excuse for a hotel — even if the stay were free. A place like this should be torn down.

The lady at the reception was very rude. We walk in and she was on the cell phone ignore us completely for about 10-15 minutes. I call the hotel and a 3rd party company answered without informing me that I wasn't speaking directly to the hotel. He gave me a quote. And when I gave him my credit card info. He gave a different amount. He wanted to charge like $40 extra for taxes. So I told him I wasn't agreeing with that and that I didn't want the reservation. He had me in the phone trying to convince me and even though i was telling him no. He charged my credit card twice. Save yourself some bad experience at this hotel and don't trust third party companies. They're from another country trying to scam people.
