My room was musty smelling and was not very clean. Spotted several roaches on the walls. Lot of activity outside for near midnight with open doors and women standing in the doorways gave the appearance of being "Open for Business". Several abandoned vehicles in parking area including one that appeared to have been vandalized. Within 10 minutes I decided not to stay. The night attendant didn't want to refund my credit card and offered me another room several times, which I refused. After demanding my refund several times, he finally did it. If I could have given a 1/4 star I would have.

NASTY!!! Room wasn't clean as you can tell by the needle cap. No trash can in room, water in bath tub was running when we walked in at 10 pm, paid for a smoking room with a king bed and had time be moved to a non smoking room with two double beds (not what I paid for) second time staying here and should have learned my lesson the first time. WON'T be back here for sure!!!

Before you read, please realize the quality of this hotel will drastically change depending on the needs of the individual. That being said, for those looking to crash for a night by the interstate while traveling, a business related day or two stay, and honestly the vast majority of people out there who use hotels occasionally while traveling, on vacation or business: I would personally suggest booking your stay elsewhere. This is not for you. Most rooms have something broken or damaged, expect to not receive a great customer experience, and they have security on patrol 24/7 accompanied by frequent police courtesy checks. For those of you needing a place to lay your head and grab a shower versus sleeping in the car, people who have to utilize a pay by the day room due to financial situations or chosen lifestyles, or if the atmosphere doesn't concern you or make you feel unsafe: Budget is an option but I would look at other options available on Carmichael or Monticello as others are not only cheaper, but offer larger living areas or even an additional small room, they're cleaner than this hotel, and some options give you a room without broken appliances or plumbing issues. 3 stars were given because it's not the worst of the worst but it's far from the best.

I have stayed here because friends suggest however after experience trouble with loud music and cleaness of room never again
More importantly if you stay somewhere being recognize as a loyal customer should matter. I check in on Sunday and was told rate 50.00 and asking. He proceeded to find me a room he ask you need one bed or to I said it's only me place appear to be empty so he decided to give me to double beds but no mention of rate change. When I checked out my bill was 65 and some change when I told manager he said because of double beds but on my bill the room was 60 plus taxes a total of 65 and some change. I will never ever stayed there again they obviously hard up for money but long term they have lost a customer over a few dollars. I suggest you not try trick people to pay more than what the website says especially on Sunday and the place is empty. All of my other bills staying there are $60 no tax.

Hotel under renovation great however did not inform me you have to be let in out of your room no no internet very important when choosing where you want to stay. And also 40. Deposit for what? Right money is tight for everyone you expect to get what you pay for at minimum.

The pictures online are lies and fraudulent! The $60 room was DISGUSTING! When I opened the door, I thought I was in someone else's room! There were laundry baskets full of items that were most definitely not mine. There was mold, bugs, dirty wash clothes on the floor in the shower. The bath towels were filthy dirty. There was a blood like substance on the wall, there were maxi pads stuffed in the vent in the bathroom, mold all over the walls, holes in the walls, the door had obviously been kicked in and the battery pack that controls the key cards was hanging out of the door by a wire. There was absolutely no hotel water, there was urine on the toilet seat and under the toilet seat! There were bugs on the bed, blood spots on the mattress. Some sort of dried white fluid on the head board and hanging picture. This slum of a hotel needs to be shut down! It's by far theory disgusting hotel I have ever seen! I was in the room for less than 30 min and left. The smell was so rancid! I guess this is the room you get when you book a room through hotels.com and only pay $60. I have already contacted a lawyer! They need to be shut down!

The first and last time I stayed in this hotel. I’ve been meaning to leave this review, but am just now getting around to it. The room was okay, but not good, by any means! The worst part, though, was being woken up in the middle of the night because a man and woman (who were arguing LOUDLY all night) started SHOOTING at each other!! We’ll, apparently the man started shooting! Our window was hit twice, leaving my husband to jump on top of me as to shield me and we both crawled to the bathroom to take cover. I say all this to say: if you have a death wish.. this is the hotel for you! ☠️

This place is a dump. There were roaches crawling on the floor and walls. Members from the group had bedbug bites.Was there three nights and never received clean towels. Housekeeping was non existent. There is no phone or radio in the rooms. HORRIBLE. Look elsewhere. Unfortunately this is what happens with last minute accommodations.
