After spending very close to 1000 for a 5 hour event space.. everything needed to be cleaned including the bathroom when we arrived which took time away from our decorator. There is a old fridge filled with miscellaneous items turned towards the wall in the back that is disgusting absolutely unacceptable. The lighting is so dim due to 3/4 lights not working at all, more than half the chairs rock and seem unsafe for people to even sit on.
I could never recommend this to anyone after my experience - BEWARE!

Beware!!!!!
It was suppose to be a cash bar available, because they don't allow outside drinks..the (BAR) turned out to be a little push cart with liquor on it.
The so called bartender showed up late, & left an hour early, and on top of that she showed up with two of her friends, and was over heard talking about my party guest. I paid extra for 4 round tables it was only 3 out, they rolled out the other table after my guest had already start arriving. The bathroom was nasty. We tried to reach out to the owner.. that was a complete waste of time, because her, and her whole staff
are unprofessional. At that point she didn't care she got her money. Satisfying a paying customer is not a priority. A friend already asked me about this location because it's in a good area, I told her to spend her money somewhere else!!!!!

I booked for another location (51st) & I paid my deposit for that location. Days before my baby shower the owner told me they had “mandatory maintenance” that day & at that exact time. (Dumb lie) & my options were to settle for this smaller venue (bronze47) or go somewhere else with no refund of my deposit even though it was her inconveniencing me. A couple of my guests went to the first location I originally paid for & told me it was a party with a bunch of old ladies there! This place was small,barely any lights (my photographer couldn’t get good pics) ,bathroom dirty, & she lied about them providing security. I hate I had my first baby shower there. I hate that she finessed my money like that. Never will use her or any of her spaces again.

Terrible place!!! Unprofessional!! Bathroom was not clean!!! Owner, bartender, and security was rude!!! Bartender arrived late. Not a real bar set up either. They use a cart to put the bottles on and the drinks were not good! Bartender didn’t even have ice! Security rushed us to leave!! Charged extra money for tables and for party decorator to come set up. After paying almost 900.. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Will not book here again!!

The most unprofessional experience I ever had. The website give you the option to text. I called and text. She response to my text hours later and never replied again to my text. I decided to call her and she never answered or called back. Very rude I would not recommend anyone to try and rent this space.
