Didn't even walk in yet first impressions are everything and let's just say they could use some phone etiquette lessons! Probably get a lot more business if they tried being polite and happy to talk...called another tanning place near by and they answered the phone with cheerfulness and were eager to get me in the door and try some beds out. A lot less awkward.

I had to go in the middle with how any stars to give... I've been there... a lot! But it was with previous owners. I see there are reviews below that are a year or 2 old. So I wanted to say this is under new ownership!! I'm looking forward to trying them out here real soon! The last owners just up and closed with my money, (tanning pkg) no refund, no nothing and I had been going for years. They really were a bit nasty on the phone. Def could use some CS skills! Then the 2nd shop here in town that also closed (with my tanning pkg & had a hand in Kokomo). So I am a bit reluctant to buy a pkg😲. But that's the best way to buy...
I am excited to visit, tan, & review!! Please stick aroumd! 🌴

Joined 2weeks ago. Already changed ownership. New owners are starting to fix it up, however most equipment very old. Burns everytime. Also uncomfortable going there because owners let friends hang out. Very unprofessional.
